Welcoming, helpful staff. Prompt service at check-in and check-out. Clean room! Will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel was older, breakfast area was smaller and the room we stayed in was average. Behind the chair in our room was dusty/dirty and room was an odd shape. Hotel served its purpose but it was average at best.

The rooms were very stark and dorm like…. Used heavy scented air fresheners or cleaners which was intolerable.

The room was comfortable. We were disappointed about the pool. It was closed all morning. My family comes to swim. Our plan was to swim in the morning and the pool was closed until noon... which is also check-out. We have stayed in the past and the breakfast was HUGE. This time it was minimal and there was no fresh fruit. Also they used to have fresh cookies at check-in. That is also done. It is sad to see some of the "extras" are now done.

We expressly chose the property for location, based on ratings, breakfast included, and we wanted a hot tub.
Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service, the property was tired and not very clean, and the fresh pan of eggs came out cold.
Honestly, it wasn't terrible, staff was friendly and helpful; it was just a little disappointing.

We checked in and a guy held the elevator open for us, we went up to our floor and went to our room and when in. We found someone elses luggage and bags in the room and immediatly turned around and left. Upon leaving the gentleman who held the elevator for us was standing there saying that this was his room..... we both had the same room number and keys. Thankful there was no-one changing or doing anything private in the room when we walked in.

We booked a suite, which is just a regular sized room with a hide a bed. Somehow we got an accessible room which we hadn't booked, which was fine. The linens for the hide a bed in the room were not laundered and missing sheets. The front desk brought us sheets but we had to request pillows as they didn't bring us any. We also didn't have enough towels for everyone in the room so we needed to request that also. The staff was friendly but by the time they brought us pillows was after 10pm and our kids were already in bed.
The sink was plugged. Low water pressure. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to request all of these items which were brought once requested.
