這家酒店的服務真的很差，不建議選擇
強烈建議大家在選擇這酒店時慎重再慎重，服務人員完全不專業。
1。我們在房間前的泳池受傷了，因為別墅門口的石頭太尖鋭了，設施的不安全導致腳底割破了，我們當場就打了電話給緊急呼叫。沒有人來，我衹能自己清潔，貼了創可貼，足足等了半小時才有人來，然後也是一問三不知。
2。早餐滿桌子的蒼蠅，食物放在桌子上都被蒼蠅環繞着，

相隔11年，再次造訪馬爾代夫，真的是天堂依舊，Patina的服務也絕對為此行錦上添花。Patina是全程管家式服務，到達後不用在大堂等check in，直接進房間，然後管家就已經把所有的事情安排好。我們的Essentialist是Naaish，一個非常好的管家小哥，每天的晚飯預訂，每天的活動安排，都通過essentialist，遇到任何問題他們都會努力解決。我們到達當晚覺得户外淋浴區外圍的圍欄稍稍有點縫隙，私隱不夠，跟Naaish説了以後，第二天一早就安排了工人來加固。想參加酒店的各種活動，Naaish會給出很中肯都建議，最終我們去了Dolphin Cruise，看到了海豚和夕陽，一個值得銘記一生的壯美時刻。酒店其他的服務也非常完美，有一天晚上吃的牛排，要的medium熟度，上來以後有點難切，覺得是牛排刀不大好使，但是waiter完全不這麼認為，拿到後廚給我重做了一份，然後chef還出來解釋説，因為medium的熟度是不應該不好切的，所以一定是他們的問題或者是肉的問題，這個操作真的讓我有點目瞪口呆。最後一晚在Helio餐廳吃的飯，雨季的馬代天氣突變是很常見的，頭盤和主菜吃完以後忽然下大雨，waiter幫我們搬進室內餐區，我們匆匆吃了甜點就回了房間，其實一切都很正常，但是不到半小時又有waiter送來一份新做的甜品，因為覺得我們之前沒有吃好。在Patina的每一天真的都很美好，非常非常感謝每一位員工的服務。

國門放開以後的第一站，這次選擇了柏典，總體來説還是很滿意。硬要找一個缺點就是浮潛環境不夠好。為了方便兒子玩沙玩水，這次入住的是日落沙屋，整體都很滿意，可能是新酒店的原因，浮潛看到的魚品種不是很多，應該再過兩年會好很多。酒店餐廳選擇很多，還有一家中餐廳，滿足我們中國人的味蕾😋我們去的餐廳味道都很不錯。不在乎浮潛的寶可以直接沖。酒店有付費出海浮潛項目，我們這次沒有參加。島比較大，遊玩的項目也很多，我們這次待了8天，一點都沒有覺得無聊，覺得時間不夠用，不想離開🙃

攜程一生黑！真的太離譜了，完全就是詐騙！居然拿一個studio房型出來打包，這個房型在網站上壓根都沒出現，根本就無從得知是一個跟員工宿舍一樣的小樓房！千里迢迢去到馬爾代夫住進這麼一間房簡直是要暈倒。見過**的但沒見過這麼**的！

In the patina Hotel, our Essentialist muba gave us good service and made us feel at home. Secondly, in patina, there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. I haven't tried everything, but the restaurants I've tried so far have been good. wok socoety Asian food is delicious and very much in line with Chinese tastes (and is also cooked by several Chinese chefs, such as Chef Zhang) Brasa's roast was delicious and the starters were amazing ️Fari beach club's sashimi and Korean bibimbap are also good. And then there are the little food trucks like the gogo burger and the ice cream car and their food is really good 🥹🫰💖! Their rooms are also very clean and bright, the sand room and the water room are very spacious and comfortable, making people feel very comfortable 😌. The guest room is also very clean! The snorkeling and deep diving services are also excellent! Our coach is lily, she is a very professional diver, and she is very careful when teaching people 💗 we went to the depth of 12m and saw very beautiful fish and coral 🪸. There is also a very good employee named Ocean, she asked us to use the same to make bracelets and ceramics to place corals and increase the number of corals, which is really a very meaningful thing to the 🌎 😭😭😭 All in all, the time in patina was very happy!

I would love to leave a review about a wonderful stay at Patina. I want to start from Arrival Experience - Essentialists Arey & Mubaah helped us with island orientation and buggy rides (which we only took 1 ride as we loved our personal bikes) For dinner we chose Brasa and it was a best decision! Food was delicious. Specially I want to say a big compliment to the bread which was served like a starter. I’m from Russia and it’s hard for me to find a good bread outside of Russia. But here everyone stopped me to eat it (to keep some space for a main dish). Special thanks for Server Billie & Hottensiah & Miru and also the manager Aiman. Breakfast we had at Portico. Meo & Billie served us. Appal manager also greeted us and was very friendly. We had a lot of options at the breakfast place but my favorite was the bagel 🥯 We had dinner also at Portico Ling, Ibu & Monty greeted us and they helped to serf great food. I ate the Burrata salad and also Tuna steak, everything was perfect. During dinner Maain and Wajdhee checked on us and they were very nice. We had a floating breakfast on our last morning served by Husy, Yaseen & Hassan. Special thanks to Ratta. It was my first experience with a floating breakfast and I realized now why Maldives is the best destination for Honeymoon couples. Our luggage’s were taken by Raai Porter and Arey helped us to with a buggy ride to the library. We met Marion the Director of Rooms, she was very friendly and inquired about us stay experience. Wish to come again. Thank you Patina.
