Very nice hotel. Quiet, good staff, & centrally located. I’ve stayed here on both of my visits to Farmington. Good value for the price.

Yellow stained hand towels, old blood spots on bath mat, tissue box not replaced after being emptied. Poorly lit parking area that had homeless people huddled at end of hotel. Ill hung shower rod that made shower feel small. I had to run shower almost 5 minutes before it warmed up. This is before 4 a.m. Sink had leak and was given a bucket for time being cuz it was late and I had already unpacked

Second time I've stayed here, very happy with accommodations. Room very clean and spacious, with microwave and mini fridge, a table and even a couch. Breakfast above average too, with hot items that were very good. Pet friendly a plus, though not a lot of areas to walk them (enough to be ok though).

Due to my husband’s truck breaking down, we had to stay in town and didn’t know the area. Another driver recommended the Brentwood as being clean, good breakfast, and affordable.
He was correct!!! We have been very happy with our stay as we ended up having to stay 2 nights.
While it may not be a high end hotel, the staff is very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and the breakfast is good (typical hotel breakfast). Our bed was also very comfortable.
But at $68/night including free breakfast, I highly recommend staying here.
Within walking distance to Mexican restaurant, pizza, Village Inn and Dennys.
