Very good location central to Farnham town centre. Room was a great size, had a lovely bath, and was overall very cosy. The hotel itself was basic, but did the job for a night's stay. Breakfast was nice, a good selection and tasty full English!

I do not understand the positive reviews, the properly is badly managed, run down and from the few employees I interacted with (didn’t use the restaurant), had rude staff - my advice would be to avoid.

I stayed in a superior room. The room was cold and uninviting. Not enough soft furnishings. The floor had cold vinyl. The shower tray was damaged and very old which made it look dirty. However the room was actually very clean.
The lock on the staff room next door looked like it had been broken into and was hanging off which wasn’t very nice to see as a lone traveller.
The room was very noisy with people going in and out of the cupboard and the air conditioning unit outside.
The bed was very comfortable. The staff were pleasant, the gardens and exterior were beautiful and a great location.

This is a really lovely place to stay right in the centre of Farnham. The core of the Hotel is a really old building with an interesting history. Staff are fantastic, food is delicious – very obviously freshly cooked to order, – and our bedroom was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by lovely grounds and we look forward to going back and being able to sit in them in the spring or summer. All in all this was not only fantastic value for money but a really really great place to stay which included many of the little extra thoughtful details that have largely disappeared in most hotels today. We will return for sure.
