A nice b&b with all the necessary comfort. Our room had a nice bathroom with rain shower, a very good bed and a private terrace. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and very extensive. There is a breakfast room, but due to the nice weather this was turned into an open area so we had breakfast outdoors every morning, a lovely start of our day. Not all staff speaks English very well, but they were friendly and very willing to help us with everything. The private parking lot was definitely a plus too. We didn't do much in Fasano itself, but the location is perfect, as it is max a 30 minute drive to must visit places such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Pogliano a Mare, ...

The property itself is very nice. But ******* had the wrong address ! Further there was nobodyat the property in the evenings. And the owner/ manager was grumpy. Finally, when any staff was present they spoke only Italian. And the Parking lot gate is locked at night with no access for guests.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! It’s a hidden gem of a stay with large unique cavernous rooms that are clean and comfortable! Beds are great and big! Wi-Fi and AC are strong! Breakfast is wonderful array of cheese, meats, croissants, quiches w lovely ladies helping make you feel comfortable w fresh food coffee and Cappuccinos. The owner is a wonderfully nice man who welcomed and accommodated our late check in from our drive from Naples. Pro tip- get the upgraded room it’s like a room in the Game of Thrones! Location and value in Fasana, which is a cute little town was key as we hit Ostuni, Alberobello (Trulli) unesco, Lecce (the iced coffee wow), Polignano A Mare and Bari airport! Pro tip- go to Borgo Egnazia Beach Club - pay the day fee and enjoy a sweet day swimming in the Adriatic! Grazi Milla to the host - calling him Maserati cause he was the man!

I honestly cannot find a problem with this hotel. Prices are reasonable, rooms are super-nice and clean, the breakfast is very good (although fresh bread would be a nice plus), and the pool area is cozy. Definitively recommended!

The masseriola was absolutely stunning. The suite was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in and the pool area was beautiful and serene. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Will defintely return.

Situated on the edge of the old part of town in what appears to be a very unremarkable neighbourhood, Masseriola Antiche Fogge is rather like a beautiful oasis. Secure, quiet, and peaceful - with beautiful rooms and attentive staff. Leisurely delicious breakfasts - very short walk from local sights and a great base for exploring the region. Very impressed.

Beautiful location.walkable to town charming and comfortable. Recommend highly Out room was so quaint. Stone walls, stone arched fireplace. Patio. There’s a gorgeous pool. The owners are so solicitous. Great find

The pool I didn’t use as not only it was raining but it didn’t look too clean.

Siamo stati in questa struttura per visitare un po' di Puglia. Nostro punto di partenza per visitare Polignano a Mare e Logorotondo..... La struttura si presenta ben curata ed il personale gentile ed accogliente é veramente uno dei punti forti della struttura. Abbiamo dormito nella suite camera veramente grande e molto di impatto... Se dovessi trovare il pelo nell'uovo la mancanza di un kit di cortesia strutturato(quello presente prevede solo un bagnoschiuma). La colazione buona ed abbondante
