This is our 2nd stay at this property. Most TV channels not working and it took 7 days to get it fixed. The staff was apologetic. I like to make a suggestion on your breakfast to change it up a bit as a long term stay customer might not enjoy the same items everyday. Housekeeping staff was wonderful.

This room was well set up and immaculate. The area was good and near the SeaTac airport, plenty of parking and the breakfast was a great bonus! Service at the counter was fast and professional. I have traveled to the Northwest for years and I must say, this was the best value and really one of the nicest rooms I have had the pleasure of staying at. Overall this is an Excellent Hotel and well worth the money!

Super loud at night. No housekeeping. Room sink was clogged, low water pressure. I won’t stay here again but I’m more picky than the avg person.

This was by far the BEST hotel I have ever stayed at!
The front desk lady was so nice! Very welcoming. This isn’t a hotel it’s a home away from home! I truly appreciate the hospitality you guys had to offer. Love this place! Definitely coming again!!
