Great location! The staff was very helpful and even came down personally to the gate to help us carry our luggage to the accommodation. They also provided us with a map and a detailed explanation to guide us around fenghuanggucheng. The place is clean and tidy. Really appreciate the service provided and had a really good experience! Definitely would be coming by again.

The architecture of this hotel made us feel at home, the details are nice, there are many simple things made by the owner of this hotel very well and the art deco design.
comfortable and the location of this hotel is very good, even though it is in an alley but it is easy to find.
We like this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time we go to Fenghuang.
Thank you also for helping us carry our suitcases and finding a car to get to the bullet train terminal.

Location was good, in the middle of the scenic area.
The staff was super friendly, they gave us a simple noodle breakfast for free, even if it was not included in the booking.

The hotel wasn't easy to find, but local people are very friendly and helped us eagerly. We had a spacious room for three people, it was clean, all the equipment worked properly. The staff are friendly and helpful, they gave us a map of the old city and their phone number in case we got lost😊.

這是我們出遊所住過的最好的民宿，乾淨，現代化，設備齊全，服務一流。地點位置也極好。由於我訂錯了時間，前一天晚上才發現，然後我馬上打電話問房主，她非常同情，立即想方設法為我臨時安排了2個我們所需要的房間，同時取消了我訂錯的房間，不收取附加費，還派人到景區門口來接我們，使我們非常感動。以後我們如果再來鳳凰古城，一定再住這家民宿，同時我們也向大家推薦這家管理出色的好民宿。

挺温馨的一家店，雖在古城裡但是很安靜，早餐也很合胃口，最值得點評的是前台小妹妹和小哥哥，細心.熱情，不擔心拿行李不方便的問題，會幫忙接送到停車場。下次也是首選的一家客棧。

衹花了200不到訂的房間，老闆還來古城出入口來接，並免費升了房，還有雙份早飯，淡季的體驗真的很不錯。酒店不臨江，鬧中取靜，酒店位於古城的核心地帶，逛古城很方便，也得虧不臨江，江邊真的太鬧騰了。房間裝修很新，空調很足，設施完備，就是出熱水的速度慢了點。

【位置】：梵間在一條不起眼的小巷裡，但小巷地處鳳凰古城中心地段，所以梵間是鬧中取靜的地方。梵間距離北城碼頭步行兩百米即到，方便夜遊沱江，步行到磁浮攬勝站約15分鐘，不想走路也可以在主路上坐小黃車或者打的，都很便捷。往巷子裏再走十米還有一家民宿叫“大隱千府”，也是相當不錯。周圍的餐飲店、旅拍店、民俗禮品店一家緊挨着一家，好不熱鬧。
【設施】：梵間的設施看起來還挺新的，有電動窗簾、智能馬桶、天貓精靈（叫了沒反應）、加熱除霧盥洗鏡，就除了樓梯難爬其他都還挺好的。
【衞生】：沒發現問題。
【環境】：人文美學裝修，設計的很用心，但視野不開闊。頂樓的房間能看到一些沒有沱江的山景，其他的房間基本上衹能看到民宿店內的環境。
【服務】：梵間有接站服務。如果不是坐磁浮來的，店家會從下車點接到梵間，以免找不到位置。辦理入住後老闆還會贈送一張巨大的遊覽地圖，並熱情地介紹遊覽線路、交通、演出、票務等訊息。梵間推薦了一家旅拍店叫“貳零一壹”，是梵間老闆親自試拍過的，他覺得效果不錯。單人399元，雙人699元，三人1088元，談一談至少可以打八折。
