Bardzo przyjemny hotel, umieszczony w samym centrum zabytkowej Ferrary. Wspaniała i elastyczna obsługa. Śniadania serwowane w stylu Europejskim i Włoskim - duży wybór. Ferrara, miasteczko tysiąca rowerów - możliwość wypożyczenia hotelowego roweru stanowi dodatkowy atut. Gorąco polecam hotel.

Staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect for a couple. Very comfortable bed, efficient bathroom, and everything was clean. Breakfast was plentiful, with wide variety of items to choose from. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Ferrara.

Very nice Hotel. Close to the center and only 1 mile from Train Station. Nice Gym, nice rooms, maybe a little small the single ones but still comfortable. Absolutely a super breakfast all included. The price is very competitive.

This 3 star hotel is excellent value. It is bright and modern and has more amenities than expected for a hotel of this grade. Our room was spacious and modern with contemporary furnishings. The large bed was a bit on the firm side but the quietness hotel means good sleep quality. The front desk was friendly and professional . The hotel benefits from an excellent location only five minutes walk to the main sites of the Duomo ( currently closed for restoration), castle and museums.

Always a pleasure to stay in this Hotel. Breakfast has a great selection. Staff always friendly, rooms very comfortable with plenty of space to put things. Location for centre of Ferrara is superb, with everything you want right outside the hotel with numerous restuarants, shops & bars in easy walking distance.

This hotel is perfectly located for a tourist visit to Ferrara. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and breakfasts good. We found the reception staff extremely helpful, especially when our transfer arrangement from Bologna airport fell through and they were able to arrange a last minute substitute. The staff culture is excellent. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Good location, you can reach the city center by walking some minutes. The staff is very nice and rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would only change the pillows, they are not quite good. A nice breakfast too, with different options.

Stayed here a few times now for work near Ferrara. Cannot fault the place, staff are lovely and very helpful. Room always spotless and breakfast top notch. What more could you want or need. Will be staying again

The hotel has a great location in central Ferrara and everything is very walkable. The hotel staff were fantastic throughout the stay (front desk, breakfast, room service!). There were excellent dinning options all around. Very friendly and personable staff at the hotel. Excellent stay!
