Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and food was delicious! The hotel is located opposite a shopping mall with many shops such as a Sephora, and even a supermarket! Only a 5 min walk away, and the main town is very accessible too with lots to do! If you stay in Ferrara, this is definitely the hotel to choose!

Great stay at this wonderful hotel. Very comfortable rooms and very clean. Extremely welcoming staff especially from Sabrina and Christina. Food was exceptional. Everyone spoke fluent English and staff were available 24/7. Perfect location being a short walk from the mall and city centre. There is also a shuttle bus am that brings you from the airport. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Ferrara.

Just returned from a fantastic stay at hotel il duca d’este. The hospitality received especially from Sabrina and Christina was 10/10. The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable. Food was exceptional and staff were available 24/7 to cater for all our needs. Great location being just a short walk from the mall and city centre. There is also a shuttle that drops you off from the airport. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ferrara.

Advertises animal friendlyness only to then restrict it as much as possible to deter people after received payment. Stay away from this scam of an establishment. You should definitely reconsider if this is your destination.

Nice hotel, near the historical center. Restaurant and commercial center nearby, accessible by foot. Nice buffet for the breakfast. Personnel very sympathetic and pro. Room clean, good bed. I recommand.

Enjoyed my a week long holiday here. Clean room and tasty breakfast. Staff is friendly and humble. Also, did yoga and meditation classes which were very helpful. Public transport is also easily available from the railway as wel as bus station. Good parking facility.

Stayed there while I was visiting a friend in town. Was very easy to reach. Have loved the yoga classes with sabrina and the traditional Italian food. (love pastas there they are homemade, hhhuuuummmm so delicious). It's a huge hotel but very familial, personal is very helpful and friendly they give good advices about what to visit in town and around.

Ho soggiornato qui dal 08 al 10 Marzo con un gruppo di amici, come detto nel titolo le stanze e la reception sono discrete, ma la cena che ci è stata servita venerdì 08.03.2024 è stata pessima, oltre a questo, servita da personale assolutamente non qualificato, non in grado di spiegare come erano composte le portate; (la cameriera con i capelli lunghi bianchi è stata a dir poco indisponente, gli ho chiesto a inizio cena di spostare un coperto da una parte all'altra del tavolo e lo ha fatto con modo sgarbato, sembrava proprio che gli dessi fastidio, impressione avuta da tutto il gruppo di amici, eravamo piu di 30! Sicuramente non tornerò più.
