We had an great stay at riad Zamane. The beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere truly made it feel like a hidden gem. A special thanks to our wonderful hosts, Ismael and Zacha, for their incredible hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of, offering excellent recommendations.

I recommend this Riad for beauty, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and above all professional and empathic staff. In particular, thanks to Fatima, who managed to coordinate the shipment to Milan with my courier of a ring with affective value invaluable, that I forgot in the Riad. So the Riad is run by people with gracious and honest.

Absolutely sincere service and offered to carry heavy luggage up 4 floors to the penthouse suite and very attentive to amenities without being prompted. Felt very well taken care off like family. Great toast breakfast!! The turnover between meals were fast too.

Wonderful hotel, service , location , Suites, everything perfect for our stay in Fes. Front desk lady was attentive with all of our needs, walking distance to main shopping halls. I felt very safe all the time . Thank you .

The hotel is OK - located centrally, not too far from the bazaar. The hotel folks are nice and help you with everything - breakfast is good and they will accommodate your needs. Rooms are OK. The price seems a bit high for the quality of the place. The only two issues we had (a) they clean the room before you arrive, but do not check the AC, so it was an elaborate process to fix it. But they did fix it eventually - note to hotel staff, please check AC before arrival, as Morocco can be hot. (b) We had to pay by cash even though we were told earlier CC is an option (their CC machine was not working). Again, a heads up would have been good, so I could have drawn money earlier. But other than these two hiccups, which did come with a lot of sincere apologies from the hotel staff, the stay was pleasant. Staff were very courteous in general.

Riad nella primissima periferia della medina, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Entrando si percepisce subito l'essenza del Marocco. Colori, profumi, architettura marocchina in ogni angolo. Il titolare, gentilissimo,ci accoglie con cordialità offrendoci un the alla menta,mentre ci accompagna a vedere il Riad,dalla sala principale alla terrazza,piena di cactus,alla zona relax e all'area massaggi. Propone un menù alla carta con piatti marocchini rivisitati e una carta dei vini. Tutto ottimo. Anche la colazione buonissima.

Très beau Ryad avec de belles chambres et de belles prestations, bien situé aussi a cinq minutes a pied de la porte bleue pour l'entrée de la médina. Personnel vraiment sympathique, a disposition et de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner très bien. Belle expérience a vivre. Belle terrasse sur le toit.

Au cœur de la Médina de FES, ses hauts murs abritent un endroit somptueux,insoupçonnable,Riad Zamane! Un vrai bijou, L’accueil y est très chaleureux, avec un personnel très souriant et attentionné. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, décorées avec beaucoup de goût, la propreté et le confort sont exceptionnels. Les petits déjeuners sont un pur bonheur matinal, variés, savoureux, rien de mieux pour débuter votre journée. Les déjeuners et/ou diners proposés par le Riad vous font découvrir les mille et une saveurs de la cuisine marocaine authentique de FES, un délicieux voyage avec un rapport qualité prix inégalable. La terrasse sur le toit est d'une grande beauté, ornée de fascinants cactus dont les variétés rares ont été choisies avec délicatesse. Enfin, rien de plus réconfortant qu'un hammam-massage au Riad Zamane pour finir en beauté : ce combo est une véritable source de détente et de pur bien-être. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que le séjour soit parfait. Merci à Kenza et Othman d'avoir continué de faire de ce lieu, un vrai Paradis. A très vite!

Quand nous arrivons au Riad Zamane, nous rentrons dans un petit havre de paix. Tout y est beau. Tout y est confortable. L’accueil est chaleureux et les sourires sont omniprésents. Quant au confort de la chambre, il est exceptionnel. La literie est enveloppante. Également, les petits déjeuners et les possibles repas du midi ou du soir sont tout simplement très bons et nous font voyager. Enfin, il ne faut certainement pas oublier l’expérience du hammam et le soin du massage : un pur bonheur. Je vous remercie encore, Et je vous dis à coup sûr, à très bientôt. Kim et Thibaut.
