This hotel was great and some of the staff I have to mention. The 2 girls who worked the front desk Mila and Olivia were excellent always a smile on their faces and always happy to help with anything. Csaba the barkeeper from Hungary was super friendly and for us this is what customer service looks like from these staff members. I hope this message gets to their supervisors and they receive some accolades or recognition. They deserve it. Overall great experience and we are coming back. Alex Rosado - From Philadelphia USA.

The place is amazing and has the most amazing food. the staff was great and always helpful. i enjoyed my stay.. only in summer the hotel should fans to help with heat. I was in a room which was hot. and a fan would have been helpful

This place could be nice but there are SO many screaming, unattended children. The images of the pool look lovely and serene. In reality it is very small. I am sitting next to it right now, and I can see 15 children screeching (echoing off the hard surfaces), bombing into the pool, throwing objects into the water, spitting at each other (!). One child repeatedly jumping up and down on the stairs, screaming and wearing his outdoor shoes in the water. There are parents here, but they seem to leave the children unattended and barely look up from their phones, let alone ask their children to behave. Last night I was trying to sleep and could hear our neighbour dragging furniture around at about 1am, while shouting at their children. Food is average and they charge for tap water at dinner (bizarrely it's free at breakfast but not dinner....). All round quite disappointing. Not luxurious and not worth half the money.

We visited in April this year for five nights and had amazing experience. The hotel is modern and clean, swimming pool and spa area nice and food was lovely. Breakfast was amazing with extensive choice and dinner was a fine dining experience. Skiing in Fieberbrunn was great despite late season.

The whole experience was amazing. The staff/food/rooms/wellness suite were all top notch. It was a real pleasure to stay. Everyone went the extra mile to make it a great holiday. From a simple good morning from every member of staff every day to perfect service in the restaurant. I will definitely be returning again

We arrived completely amazed at the wonderful panoramic view. The hotel buildings are very new, modern yet in a typically Austrian setting. Quality food and special mention to Inge who understood our needs and served with zeal. The suite with premium view has a very nice view.

Gelegen in Tirol nabij t Pillerseetal, ligt dit prachtige 4 sterren resort met uitstekende faciliteiten voor zomer als wintervakantie. Het eten is voortreffelijk en de verzorging uitstekend. Mooi binnen en buitenzwembad met ligweide en ligstoelen met parasols, gym en sauna aanwezig.

Schönes Hotel, schöne modern mit viel Holz ausgestattete Zimmer ( mit 22qm für ein Superior Zimmer nicht sehr), modernes Bad mit schöner Regendusche. Die Zimmer haben einen Wasserkocher und eine kapselkaffeemaschine. Wir haben uns vom Personal aller. Bereiche sehr gut betreut und sehr freundlich bedient gefühlt. Auch an unserem Geburtstag wurden wir mit einem Glas Sekt und einem sehr leckeren Kuchen bedacht. Auch wenn das Hotel recht groß ist ist das Restaurant gemütlich und in mehreren Räumlichkeiten verteilt . Auch zu Buffettagen gab es bis zum Ende immer genug von allen Speisen und auch beim Frühstück wurde bis kurz vor Ende immer nachgelegt. Parkplätze kosten extra.

Prachtige plek, heerlijke wellness en mooi gebouw. Helaas vond ik het verder erg massaal en druk. We moesten verplicht om 20uur eten ivm de drukte en de volgende ochtend moesten we wachten met ontbijt, omdat onze tafel vergeten was. Er waren nog vele lege tafels, maar die waren gereserveerd voor andere gasten. De 'ontbijtmanager' was zeer resoluut; we moesten wachten. Punt. Gelukkig heeft een andere medewerker het goed opgelost voor ons, doordat we buiten mochten ontbijten.
