We were been very satisfied with accomodation. Hotel is overall pretty nice and well stylized. Staff have been willing everytime we needed some help. Wellness services was excelent! Personally, i would like to highlite the orthopedical mattress and pillows, which is the thing we really appreciate.

I usually do not write reviewes, but this time I fell compelled to do so, as this hotel and all the staff that work there really overcame mine and my partner's expectations. We spent five nights at Luis in half pension. It has been an amazing experience. I am lactose intolerant and usually, despite owner ensure me that they are able to provide suitable meals, often this is not the case. Instead, at Luis, we not only had the opportunity to choose among different options, lactose free, but the food was truly amazing including several exquisite cakes. Furthermore, the personell (the chef, the amazing waiters Silvio and Costantino) was super kind, attentive and professional! The owner, Mario, and his sons were always present and have been proactive in advising us for possible daily trekking destinations. Their advices have been useful because we did not wasted time and used our holiday time at best. A final word goes to the hotel facilities. Every evening, after a long walk we enjoyed a moment of relax in the spa. We also used the bikes for an afternoon. Generally speaking the atmosfere was super positive and we felt that we made the best choice for our holiday!!

Dopo notti insonni ripensando all'ottima accoglienza ricevuta durante il nostro soggiorno sperando di ritornare il prossimo anno posso dire solo cose belle..:camera ottima pulita con letto comodissimo..colazione super abbondante,pranzo e cena tutto al top..con vasta scelta di antipasti,primi e secondi e dolci..,,il tutto cucinato con tanta esperienza e capacità.Lo staffffff sempre gentile e disponibile-Ho usufruito del centro massaggi che mi hanno alleviato di un doloroso mal di schiena bravissima la signora Nadia.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo hotel una notte a luglio. Dall' esterno sembra bello ma la prima cosa che ti colpisce quando entri e' la puzza di muffa nella hall. La stanza era carina anche se datata come arredamento. Siamo stati nella spa, carina ma con un fastidiosissimo odore di candeggina e forse un pochino piccolina e poco curata. Abbiamo deciso di cenare in albergo visto che alla reception ci hanno parlato di una cena a scelta tra 5 primi, secondi, contornina buffet e dolci misti a 30 euro. La cosa sembrava buona e avevamo ottime aspettative trattandosi di un 4 stelle! Un 4 stelle che non pensa ad offrire un menu' vegetariano ai suoi ospiti ma che cerca di scimmiottare qualcosa all' ultimo momento e che, e questa e' proprio simpatica, si scusa perche' proprio quella sera non c'e' il pesce in menu' (pietanza tipicamente da vegetariani!). Mancanza di rispetto e professionalita' ulteriore il modo acido e scontroso con cui ci hanno trattato quando abbiamo deciso d' alzarci dal tavolo senza cenare per recarci in un' altro ristorante della zona per mangiare qualcosa. Stesso trattamento altezzoso riservato il mattino seguente, come se fossimo stati in qualche modo "bollati". Nel complesso esperienza pessima e sicuramente struttura da non consigliare!

Accoglienza attenta, cucina raffinata, crepes con Nutella fatte al momento a colazione, spa con idromassaggio, saune varie e altro da scoprire, e ultimo, ma non per importanza, giardino dove gustare il dolce fare niente. Grazie Luis!

Personale molto cordiale e gentile, Sempre con il sorriso! Stanze pulite e con cambio asciugamani. Cibo molto buono e abbondante, grigliata migliorabile però. Colazione variegata e buona, anche se manca qualcosa come uova e bacon (per chi volesse). Spa : un po' piccola ma dotata di tutto , quindi ok !

Splendido Hotel a due passi dal centro e praticamente di fronte alla stazione autobus. Ottimo il garage dove abbiamo potuto ricoverare gratuitamente la moto. Personale gentilissimo e servizio impeccabile. Ci hanno anche prestato un ombrello per poterci spostare, visto che pioveva. Abbiamo anche usufruito dell'idromassaggio nel centro benessere della struttura (compreso). Molto bene anche il ristorante, sia per la cena che per la ricca colazione. Abbiamo usufruito del trattamento di mezza pensione.
