I stayed at this hotel in room 704.The view from the room was lovely.It had a view of the beach.The bed was firm which I prefer.The room had a refrigerator with a mini bar,microwave, dishes and a safe. I booked a facial and massage in the spa.The entire experience was bad.The masseuse was very unprofessional, she didn't leave the room when I disrobed.In fact she stood there and waited and gawker at my body and actually commented on my appearance. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. From there it was just weird,she actually clumbed o the table and stadled me.The massage was basically a back rub that cost 90.00 dollars! When I woke up today my back actually was hurting and I have a not on my neck.I have a masseuse that I see regularly so I am very familiar with massages.I would not recommend this spa.In my opinion I don't think the masseuse or the lady who did my facial were licensed professionals

I've been going to Figueira for years, finally had an opportunity to stay at Sweet, and I loved it. Ask for an upper floor for the best views. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable, and the bed and sheets are high quality. The building is getting old and showing signs of ageing (aesthetically), but I'll definitely be staying here again!

We booked for a long Valentines weekend only to arrive and be told after check in on Friday that the restaurant was closed with no room service or bar until Monday. Breakfast was still available though and was great apart from hot food was not very hot and on cold plates. Reason given for closed facilities was lack of clients. We complained that we should have been told this on booking and were about to move to Mercure next door (fully open with very helpful receptionist who was astounded at what Sweet Atlantic had done) when Sweet Atlantic offered a discount to stay. We decided to do so as the suite was good, in excellent condition with kitchenette, mini bar and 2 balconies (although no table or chairs on them). Not very comfortable sofa though. Also there are great bars and restaurants close by, and housekeeping was very good. At the reduced rate the hotel was ok value although would definitely have preferred the facilities to be open and pay full rate.

Todo o serviço que nos foi prestado desde a entrada à saída foi perfeito. Começando pela simpatia dos funcionários a limpeza das instalações, tudo impecável. Os quartos são amplos e têm uma vista espectacular sobre o mar da Figueira. Recomendo a todos.

Sentimo-nos enganados. Apenas depois de fazemos o chek in é que nos informaram que a piscina tinha um custo à parte. Quando marcamos o hotel era condição ter e usufruir da piscina. Foi uma desilusão completa. Sem o centro wellness o hotel não vale nada.

Habitación inmensa y las vistas impresionantes. Desayuno mas que correcto y la limpieza también. Publicitan que tienen parking pero no es verdad !!!! No reservan y casualmente estaba completo cuando el volumen de vehículos estacionados en el exterior y en todo Figueira era escaso. No publicitan que te van a cobrar tasas y sale a dos euros por persona total 20 € más la habitación.......en Nazare no nos cobraron ningún tipo de tasa. Casco antiguo escaso y la Restauración turistico-patética-cara excepto la Tasca Maria espectacular

Tirando uma aranha no quarto pendurada junto ao A/C (conforme foto). Check out, 16€ de Gins que não bebi e que erradamente o recepcionista da noite se enganou no quarto ou não confirmou o quarto do outro cliente e colocou no meu (905).Após a estadia recebi um email, as criticas construtivas devemos mostrar no TripAdvisor, aquelas que relatam problemas é melhor serem contadas internamente e assim se escondem as más avaliações. Principalmente por este motivo não posso avaliar melhor

Fotos enganadoras. Quarto do século passado. Banheira com cortina... pack romântico uma desgraça, 4 morangos e 2 faria de kiwi com champanhe do LIDL = 40 euros. Preço uma desgraça. Cama pedida extra large e afinal eram duas camas de solteiro separadas...
