Pink Freud Villas Santorini

Lena was a perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and she did everything she could to make our stay perfect. She is full of usefull information and her recommendations never failed to deliver. We had the best food ever at Krinaki just 2 minutes walk away.

Lena is the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. She was full of excellent recomendations for places to visit and the best places to eat and she was never wrong!! The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is lovely and quiet but is only a stones throw from busier spots ready for when you want something livelier. Would definitely come back and no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I had an incredible stay at Pink Freud Villas in Santorini. The private pool terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views that made every moment unforgettable. The location was perfect- 5 minutes walking distance from Oia town. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a seamless stay. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Pink Freud Villas!!

I stayed at the Pink Freud Villa with my mom, and I must say this was the best decision I’ve ever made when traveling to Santorini! We were picked up by a driver, which you can arrange ahead of time with Lena, the owner and the sweetest lady. Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted with warm welcome from freshly baked cheese bread/pastry, to the water, bread, cheese and such in the fridge, and if you’re lucky, the owner’s cute black cat might come say hi too. This villa also has the privacy that villas or hotels don’t in Oia, which is where all the famous Santorini photos are taken with the white walls and blue domes. If you look at photos of Oia, it is beautiful but it’s filled with tourist and you get no privacy if you’re chilling in your pool. Also, vehicles can drop you right in front of the Pink Freud Villa, if you decide to rent a car, there’s also a parking lot right next to it. If you stay in Oia and you have a lot of heavy luggage, you might need to carry those down the small stairs and winding roads, or unless your hotel provides services to help you carry those down for you from the main road at the top. The Pink Freud is located in Finikia, which is a quiet town right next to Oia, it’s only a 10-15min walk to the beautiful Oia town. Santorini is known for its sunset and you can see it right at your patio at the Villa, which is an amazing amazing bonus!! Santorini gets pretty windy in the winter, and everything is closed, so make sure you visit outside of Nov-Feb. We visited in mid-Oct and the weather was just perfect! The temperature was pretty consistent throughout the day and night at around 73-75 degrees Fahrenheit / 21-25 degrees Celsius. The housekeeping team at Pink Freud is also very sweet and kind, you can let Lena know whenever you need any services inside the Villa, like if you needed need the bed made or more fresh towels, otherwise they will just cleanup the pool/patio area every morning and won’t disturb you. They are super quiet I stayed in the room on the first floor and I’ve never once heard them. I love the aesthetic and how comfortable the bed was. The couch was also such a treat to lie on after a long day of walking around. FYI, there will be donkeys walking by the main road right outside the villa, as donkeys are one of the main transportation for goods and people in Santorini. And yes they poop, but the housekeeping team at Pink Freud helps take care of that, which is awesome. It’s pretty cool to see a bunch of donkeys walking past by though in my opinion. Also, there aren’t many bugs at all, which I was pleasantly surprised about. All the doors and windows have screens so you can let the fresh air in without worrying about any flies coming inside. The Villa has two levels, at the one we stayed at, there’s a big king bed room on the floor with a full bath next to it, on the second floor there are two more rooms one with a big bed and two twin size beds, so it could sleep 6 people, the couch is also very comfort

Excellent villa with beautiful view over the Aegean Sea. Located in Finikia, walking distance to the vibrant center of Oia with its excellent restaurants and amazing sunset over the caldera. State of the art amenities and super comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped kitchen if you’d like to prepare a meal. Smart flat screen tv’s with Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram etc. Nice small non heated swimming pool and nice terrace. On top of this the superb host Lena who was very helpful with providing useful information and arranged bookings for us for excursions and restaurants.

Thank you Pink Freud Villas ! I spent 6 amazing days with my girlfriend!! Okay, the villas are amazing. They are cozy, chill and aesthetically perfect!! The decoration is fantastic! But what is EXCEPTIONAL is the host, Lena!! She is the friendliest, kindest and sweetest and made us feel like we were staying in a friends house!! We had everything we needed, we cooked and hang out at the pool and relaxed. The sunset right from our terrace was beautiful. We had great internet connection for my work days. Walked just ten minutes to Oia and were amazed from its view and ambiance. Oia is beautiful but is such a bustle, so having our own private paradise so close was precious!! In Santorini we experienced fine dining at its best but we also had great food in some tavernas by the sea that were all Lena’s, -the host”s- recommendations. We also had a great sailing day with the company that Lena suggested as well. Swimming by the volcano was such an experience!! We will definitely come back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for its location, value and service. Lena, you are a ROCKSTAR!!!

The villa we stayed was super nice, really clean, with attention to every detail! I definitely recommend Pink Freud Villas. Our stay at Pink Freud was absolutely exceptional. If you are in between deciding on accommodations, look no further! Lena is an incredible host and made our trip so special. She is someone who really cares about the details and wanted to ensure that our trip, end-to-end, was perfect. Even before we arrived, she provided a very detailed list of her favorite spots in Santorini and helped with reservations for both restaurants and taxis - which soon became our favorite spots on the trip too :). We were welcomed with local treats which was such a special touch after our long journey. The villa itself was impeccable - super clean and comfortable for the 4 of us, with modern features and Greek charm. There were times we didn't even want to leave the villa and just enjoy the views, pool, comfortable interior. Before booking the trip, we were debating on what location would be best to stay in. After visiting Pink Freud, our whole group confirmed this is the exact location we'd want to be in for the future. This is close enough to Oia (less than 10 minute beautiful walk), so close enough to the hustle and bustle, but a perfect little oasis away from the crowds. We went in September and Oia was still incredibly busy, so this was the perfect location to be close to pop into the town and walk down to Ammoudi Bay, as well as visit other areas by a short taxi like Fira or the beaches in the South. The town of Finika is wonderful, with so many incredible local restaurants right at the doorstep. We were really so pleased with the location, as this was something so important to us. Lena was also very gracious in accommodating our later flight schedule on the day of departures, which was so appreciated and helped us massively. Lena's hospitality is something we will always remember! Thank you again, we can't wait to be back!!

Villa Pink Freud was an absolute dream. A place elegantly furnished, the outdoor space with its pool was a highlight, and the service was impeccable. This rental exceeded all expectations, and I can't wait to return. A truly unforgettable experience!
