Terrible service, they were doing reforms in the lower floor and the noise all day was very uncomfortable, restaurant only opens under request, can’t order just a coffee, you have to book a full breakfast or they will not open or serve you a coffee, the check out is at 11 but they don’t tell you. Nobody ever at the reception. They cut the water pressure so I couldn’t take a shower, the reason was because I was supposed to check out at 11, (check out everywhere is at 12:00) so at 11:30 there was no more water. if you complain, they threaten you to proceed legally. Truly a rip off.

Beautiful hotel with stellar water view from our room with balcony. Excellent restaurant, Chef Cesare is both gifted and accessible! Hotel staff were so helpful and friendly Grazie!

Concierge very helpful when we arrive breakfast very good 😊 hotel location es close to restaurants and nice view from the marina. The only think was the mattress bed very hard uncomfortable 😣 I didn’t sleep well for 2 nights then decide to check out and go to Lago Maggiore other then that very nice staff they made have to change the mattresses if then want to get more business.

Esperienza fantastica seppur durata poco causa spostamento lavorativo, location e vista mozzafiato, personale gentile e disponibile. Belle camere, ottima colazione e super top la cucina del ristorante. Che dire, sicuramente un posto che consiglierei ad amici, ci tornerò sicuramente in estate sperando di riuscire a pernottare più notti così da godermi a pieno la location e il bellissimo panorama da cui è circondata.

PESSIMO. Per il prezzo pagato, SERVIZIO AL CLIENTE INESISTENTE, 153 euro e in bagno c era a mala pena due bustine di gel doccia, il frigo bar NON FUNZIONAVA, NON L HANNO AVVIATO, non c era nemmeno una bottiglietta d acqua e NON È SEGNALATO che quello che loro chiamano PARCHEGGIO sono posti IN STRADA. Non è vero che la colazione è gratuita ed è così male insonorizzato che le persone del corridoio, sembravano in camera. L'unica cosa positiva, la terrazza, un po poco per il prezzo pagato. Quando ho chiesto di poter entrare in po' prima, mi è stato rifiutato. Quindi i 153 euro erano per stare dalle 14h30 alle 11 del giorno dopo. Terrificante.

Premetto che per lavoro dormo in hotel almeno 2 notti a aettimana. Stanza ai minimi per dimensioni, manutenzione assente, box doccia con antine rotte, nessun doccino, pressione dell'acqua insufficiente e nessuna mensola (in compenso c'erano tutti i buchi dei tasselli che le reggevano in tempi di gloria), frigobar spento e vuoto, nemmeno 1 bicchiere per poter bere dal rubinetto e per finire materasso sfinito con coperte di lana anni '80, insomma catastrofico. Colazione 1 caffè e 1 cornetto altrimenti 20 euro 20! Prezzo stellare approfittando della fiera in concomitanza

Comment cet hôtel peut il avoir des avis positifs ! chambre Luxe 3 personnes insalubre, douche bouchée avec des refoulements insupportables, chambre inondée lors d'une pluie par des fenêtres vétustes, aucun personnel de présent, couette et oreillers tachés avec des cheveux et poils, terrasse de l'hotel avec des squatteurs la nuit qui vous empêchent de dormir. Impossible d'obtenir une facture et l'établissement nous a fait payer 3 taxes de séjours alors que notre fille est mineure (11 ans) nous avons ouvert un litige judiciaire via American Express. La propriétaire ne répond à aucun message sur whatsapp. EVITEZ ABOSLUMENT CET ETABLISSEMENT
