B&B Felicioni

There wasn’t much around other than one restaurant and a grocery store, but just a 20 minute walk and you are to the coast where you can enjoy beaches and a few more restaurants. For a small fee, they offered a ride to the airport which was very convenient. My flight wasn’t until the evening and they let me keep my luggage there while I enjoyed a final afternoon at the beach.

room was clean but bed was full of scratches. The area where the b&b is located is not so nice, especially during the night

This B&B was very nice and a short 15 minute walk to a very nice beach. The problem was, they told us they could pick us up at the Pier after our cruise. We waited and waited and no one came. Saw Taxis, and vans picking up people at the pier. Turns out, they do not have a permit to enter the Pier and did not communicate that. I reached them by WhatsApp and they told me to meet at McDonalds! Where? Why? I told him we were at Pier 12. He said They would meet us there. Still no one came. Reached him again. He said they couldn't get into the Pier. Now we get it! He said to meet at a Bar Bragia and to ask someone where it was. Found out this Bar was a mile away and there was a shuttle that could take us a few blocks from the Bar. We get there and no one is there! They did not wait for us. An Italian lady reached them and told him in Italian we were waiting. They returned but he was fired up. I asked if they could take us to shopping to get souveniers and he got irritated and told me I needed to tell him where to take me because he was not my tour guide. He was terrible. Not helpful at all. Do not have them pick you up. They cannot pick you up at the Pier. We felt stranded. It was $100 and we lost 2 hours with the confusion. Also there was no breakfast made in the morning before we left at 8:00am. don't know if we needed to tell them we wanted breakfast, but it was a B&B.

I liked that you could walk to nearby eateries. I didn’t like that he made us pay more money before we checked in

I only stayed over the first night. It was in a location that caused for extra expense getting to meeting points of my other scheduled events. I transferred to a central hotel to accommodate.

I missed my flight and wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport since my new flight was the following day. This was a really great stay. Very comfortable bed and accommodations. There was a separate kitchen that I was able to use. It felt like I had my own apar**ent. The host was very nice and helpful. He dropped me at the airport for cheaper than a taxi would cost. I was traveling alone and I felt very comfortable here. Would recommend!

It was very conveniently located, and good value for money. The bed was not very confortable. We were supposed to get something to eat for breakfast, but all we have availabke was tea/coffee.

The owner refused to let me pay the city tax with a card which meant I had to go look around for an A**. It’s 2022 I do not carry cash with me often therefore I assumed (like everywhere else in the world) I’d be able to pay with a card. I did not like that especially knowing Italian law does not allow them to say no to any amount of credit or debit card payments, yet she did anyway. That said, it was okay. About 10-12 minutes to the airport. Our door didn’t lock properly and the heat. In the room only heated one side, the other side where the second bed was stayed pretty cold all night. I fly in and out of Rome a lot to see family, not sure I would stay here again.
