Fiumicino Airport B&B Deluxe

房間沒有漱口杯衹能用手刷牙，無法掛毛巾地方太小，掛毛巾的熱水盯完全銹掉，枕頭也差，就點棉花絮，不明白這生意怎麼做的這樣隨心所欲。有人早出晚歸關門震天響，被驚嚇。不會再訂機場B&B，早餐也沒有，什麼也沒有。太差了。

The office staff are amazing people. The on duty staff member went out of her way to arrange a transfer from the airport to the motel on 22 September 2023 when we stayed there and kept constant communication with us when we had difficulties at the airport.

First of all, I clarify that I didn’t stay in this hotel, and I’m writing about my experience with the management service. I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance and used my American Express Centurion card to guarantee it. A week before our arrival, I got a mail complaining I had made a mistake with the numbers of the credit card. I sent the card number again and it was then that they realized it was an AmEx, which they didn’t accept. I used a different card, a Mexican Visa, but my bank found it suspicious and declined the charge. Then I offered to use an American Visa card, but the agent said it had been too much trouble and had no more interest in us, so they canceled our reservation, just like that. The agent was doing his/her job in an office, with a computer and wi-fi. I was jumping up and down inside a tuk-tuk in Matera, using my phone and 4G. I don’t understand why “spendig all morning” wouldn’t be part of his job.

Excellent service. As soon as the checkin staff noted my partner's disability we were treated with exceptional care and priority. Thanks to Anastasia, Nicoletta and the other staff who taxied us through the airport security to the departure gate. This service really supported us as Rome Airport is huge and to navigate my partner around would have been really difficult with his walking stick. We were so impressed with the customer assistance team. Thank you so much

Bed & basta. Chiamarsi bed and breakfast quando in realtà la colazione non esiste mi pare un po’ pretestuoso. Camere pulite e accoglienti (anche se un po’ troppo calde). Per il resto uhmmmmm. Internet alta velocità che in realtà va più piano del 56k del 2000, televisore non funziona (e nessuno si è degnato di venire a vedere nonostante avessimo segnalato). Rumori infernali durante tutta la notte grazie a muri di semicartongesso

Por motivos de mala gestión ( No por parte del hotel) nos quedamos sin alojamiento..lo que la chica de recepción Miriam , nos dió un trato excepcional y único donde en todo momento nos brindó su ayuda para encontrar alojamiento!! Sobre el hotel no puedo valorarlo puesto que no pude gozar de el…pero encontrando gente trabajadora tan amable en el hotel,seguramente esté genial! Muchas Gracias MIRIAM!!

Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte. All’arrivo la camera era infestata dalle zanzare e solo apparentemente pulita. Il frigobar è rumorosissimo. Abbiamo riposato poco e male. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Non ci ritornerò.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B, ma è riduttivo chiamarlo in questo modo, il 9 agosto con la mia famiglia, devo dire che è stata una piacevole conferma, in quanto eravamo stati già ospiti nel 2018. Personale gentilissimo, cordiale e professionale, stanza ben arredata, confortevole e pulitissima, a pochi passi dal Lungotevere, dove sono presenti molti locali nei quali mangiare qualcosa. Unica nota dolente è che non c'è più la colazione a buffet, ma una triste macchinetta sia per il caffè che per i vari cornetti ed affini e a dire la verità non ho compreso la motivazione di tale cambiamento, COVID???? non penso. Un insieme di eleganza e professionalità fanno di questo piccolo hotel la soluzione ottimale, per chi deve attendere la partenza, assolutamente positivo il mio giudizio per qualità del servizio comunque e per l'attenta gestione del cliente.
