The train sounding its horn loudly for a full minute at 11:30pm was bad enough but the repeat at 3:30am was too much. Will not stay here again.

The gentlemen at the front desk was kind and helpful. It was busy and he was able to change our room without fuss when we realized the air unit was not working well.
It took no time for him to respond and take care of our needs. Very welcoming and would choose this location again.

Had reservations for a room. Called to inform hotel we were still coming but would be late due to numerous traffic delays. Was told no problem we would still have the room. Upon arriving at the hotel was told there was no record of a reservation for that night. We had the confirmation number but the clerk said there was no reservation for us. Yet we were charged for a room. Will never use this hotel again.

Management needs to do a better job. Only 1 person at checkin. Room did not look like it was cleaned. Dirt on carpet, dirty toilet, elevator filthy, ice maker broken on 4th floor. Very disappointed. They need to do better or lose customers.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. There was gras and mud scattered all over the carpet in the room. Carpet needed a good cleaning. There was debris in the restroom floor. The bathroom was not equipped with sufficient washcloths. However, housekeeping took care of this problem and with a smile.
Fruit available at breakfast was overripe. Bread was still frozen. They did have a fair offering for breakfast. Hot water was barely lukewarm with made for lousy tea.
The hotel is looking a bit more tired these days.

Overnight stay while driving down the coast. It was clean and comfortable for sure. Staff seemed irritated and not very friendly but they were okay.

Only problem was room we were assigned was not cleaned, had a do not disturb sign on the door, went to front desk and they reassigned us a room.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Convenient access off the Highway. Food options nearby. Hotel breakfast was convenient and adequate.
