Walking distance from the Duomo and lovely view from the terrace. The staff are super helpful and the breakfast was great.

Close to the main attractions, the room is big enough and with functioning AC. The breakfast was fine, coffee, bread and simple stuff. Really cost-effective. The bathroom is spacious with some toiletries.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. When you arrive at front door you can not see any hotel name, any reception, and if you were lucky a neighbor tells you that you have to go to second floor to see the reception!
Really dirty without any similarity to a 3 star hotel, and at first they asked for 24€ (for 2 people and 2 nights) city tax, 6€ per person per night! while here is has been mentioned that we would be charged 14€ city tax!
The internet connection is really poor and you can not count it!
A small area for breakfast forced you to wait in queue every day!
There were any blankets or cover, and was really wired for us!
It was a dirty hustle with a private bathroom not hotel! and without any similarity to its photos here!!!

The sink was a problem in the room. It is full with water and we couldn’t fix it. The hotel is like a dormitary. Location and breakfast is perfect. Also they take too much tax.

Basic room, you get what you pay for and it’s fine if you aren’t looking for luxury. Staff very helpful and friendly, always happy to help and give us advice. Very good location and within walking distance of everything

It’s a basic hotel, not much above that of a hostel. But for the price you get a comfortable place to stay, with a reasonable breakfast and very friendly staff. I would stay again.
