On our first day we were welcomed with snacks and drinks. We could check in earlier than expected which was nice. The room had most basic necessities except for toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed was pretty big and nice to sleep in. It was pretty quiet at night and with the window closed it’s totally pitch black. Our mornings started with the best cappuccino of Italy which made this stay even bette. Thank you Niccolo and team!

This was truly the most beautiful room I had during my entire trip to Italy! It was so stylish and clean. Nicco was so nice and upgraded our room. He also provided us with a lot of information about sightseeing and transportation, which was fantastic. He also made us cappuccinos in the morning, which were absolutely delicious. The hotel is also close to the train station, yet quiet, which was a great location.

Communication with the host was good, and the room was clean.

It has everything you need. The downside is that the room is small and the scenic area is a bit far away, which is not very convenient... But the host is very nice and will make you coffee, small cakes, etc. The experience is okay.

Excellent location, clean rooms

The owner, Nicolo, was very kind and friendly! Due to our circumstances, we had to check in late at night, we had to add another room at short notice, and we often had to make various requests at short notice, but he always responded with a smile. I stayed with my family, so we rented a total of three rooms, and all of the rooms were very cute. The amenities were great, including a bath set, as well as unlimited access to delicious water (very appreciated in Europe), and there was free coffee and sweets in the shared kitchen. Every morning, Nicolo always asks, "Do you want coffee?" We had a tight schedule and didn't have time, but if you have the time, you'll be able to enjoy a fun coffee time with Nicolo in the morning♪ The location is also within walking distance of the city center, and is close to Piazza Montelungo (where various tour buses depart), so it was convenient for joining tours early in the morning.

很開心這次來意大利佛羅倫薩住到這個民宿。民宿老闆人很好，很熱情，不僅幫我們搬運行李，還細心告訴我們所有民宿設施的用法。民宿有直飲水，可以喝個夠，比其他不提供水但是又超級貴的酒店好太多太多了！對於這幾天差點熱中暑的的佛羅倫薩遊客來説真是天賜寶物！ 如果早上九點鐘起床，還可以喝到老闆親自調製的卡布奇諾，加點白砂糖真的很不賴！甜中帶苦，香醇可口，奶泡綿密。 我會因為這次愉悦的住宿體驗永遠記得佛羅倫薩的夏日！

地點很方便，離車站就幾分鍾，去城裡走幾分鐘路程就到了中央市場跟百花教堂。 房東很熱情、早上有簡單的餐點，房東會煮很棒的卡布奇諾咖啡給房客喝。 環境很清優，非常乾淨簡潔的房間。 早上外面客廳有漂亮的陽臺景色配著早餐很棒。

Отличное расположение недалеко от жд вокзала. Можно позавтракать в кафе по акции от отеля. Гостеприимный хозяин, всегда рад ответить на все вопросы и посоветовать, куда сходить и что посмотреть 👍

分了兩次預訂 再補充一些上篇沒寫的 房東每天都會準備咖啡和糕點 浴室雖然洗髮沐浴二合一 但有提供潤膚乳 每天都打掃的一塵不染 附近有間意大利餐廳超級好吃 名字忘了附上照片給大家參考 總體非常推薦

位置確實離火車站不遠，不過要注意的是，這是一套公寓裏面其中一個房間，同套裏面會有其他房間的租客，隔音一般，需要注意這一點
