We had a very pleasant stay here. The location is amazing and very close to all major places in Florence. The room itself was spacious and had a great view from its balcony. It is a bit noisy as the stone floorings are echoey. The place was clean in all important areas but there were a few dead mosquitos stuck to the wall that the cleaning staff didn’t bother to remove. The contact person for the place is super friendly and helpful, really appreciate here help.

I was not able to sleep well . The bed and room is very small . You can hear people talking from other room and hear when they flash their toilets or use their bathrooms. The elevator is at 2nd floor .So you have to go up about 20 or maybe more than 20 steps of stairs going up to 2nd floor where the elevator is located or starts. The elevator is only good for 1 person and one luggage or 2 person without luggage. I would not recommend this place.

We stayed here in August. I had three rings (passed down from my grandmother and great grandmother) stolen from the room. The receptionist was lovely and gave us email for manager. I have emailed twice and had no response. I am disgusted with the way this was handled and that there wasn’t even an apology nevermind details of an investigation!

We booked this hotel via Cdiscount voyages in order to spend 3 nights in florence. Our flight was delayed and we landed at 10pm. We sent 3 emails to inform them that we will be late, we contacted them through their website , we called 10 times.. no body responded to our calls.. so we had to spend the night in an airbnb ! We went back the day after, the door was closed and no body answred. So, we finally had to change our reservation and spend the remaining nights in another hotel.
