The room was beautiful and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I was solo and really felt safe and comfortable with the same rotating staff during my stay. It is a small but quiet hotel. I could easily walk to the Duomo in about 10 minutes and the market is right around the corner! Great location to get out of the crowds after a busy day. I would definitely stay again!

Very high standard and nice staff. A little noisy from the street at night, but that must be expected for so central a hotel. Breakfast good as a whole, but nice warm soft boiled eggs would have been great in stead of cold hard bolied that was served in the days we were on visit. But this must not influence our impression of a splendid hotel experience

Staff were very welcoming. However felt very pressured with them making dinner reservations for us. We ended up getting lost and missed the reservation. Rooms were good and staff were very accommodating. Organised our transport etc

The hotel is perfectly located near the train station, and was a great neighborhood for our last two nights in Florence. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful, and the property itself is gorgeous. Great breakfast buffet!

Very nice property. Situated in an older exterior, while smartly renovated interior. Very comfortable modern facility while retaining old world charm. The staff was very friendly and helpful with tour options to meet our needs. The breakfast menue was outstanding in this botique hotel. The best we have ever had. We had a lovely stay at Flom Hotel. The staff were super kind and very friendly. We had a car, and their valet service was great as it's quite hard to find local parking in the centre of Florence.
Our room was big and clean, anyone would have a great stay here.
