Good hotel at good location

酒店在一個廣場內，吃飯逛街特別方便，酒店自己也有餐廳酒吧，服務非常好。房間很乾凈很大。大廳，樓梯，走廊到處都裝飾着關於勞力士手錶的圖畫，還有獎盃，不知道是收藏的，還是和這個品牌有關係。走路幾百米就到聖母百花大教堂，周圍小巷裡購物吃飯特別多，非常喜歡這裏。酒店有收費停車場，可以代泊車。服務員也會幫你提行李，服務非常好。

Included which was so nice—they brought my husband endless espressos. Very walkable to the main parts of Florence.

Staff was very helpful and guided me through locating and collecting my delayed luggage from the airport. They also recommended shopping nearby so I could buy the necessities I needed until my luggage arrived. Great location and nice common areas. Large bathroom.

This is the best hotel experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous hotel with elegant touches we have not experienced before. Handsome and posh. Lovely, cozy sitting room for guests. Clean and luxurious. Breakfast was incredible, both the setting at the top of the hotel overlooking the piazza, and the amazing spread of food. I had to take photos because I'd never seen anything like it. Amazing. We were so sad to leave and hope to stay here again someday.

This lovely hotel is in the most convenient spot - a close walk to the train station, the Duomo, and all the major historical sites. An abundance of good restaurants surrounds it. The staff is top-notch. I love this hotel and would stay here again many times.

Pros:
location is very close to main attractions, walking distance to the train station, restaurants, gift shops, etc…
Staff is very friendly & accommodating
Cons:
Dark room, poor ventilation & exceptionally poor Wi-Fi.
Neutral:
Breakfast had limited selection.
This was our second stay at this location. Our first experience a couple of years back was entirely different and superb.That was the main reason we chose to stay here again. Paying approximately $900/night one would expect better amenities.
