Świetne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania miasta. Obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Pokoje utrzymane w klimacie starej kamienicy, ale powiedzmy że w odpowiednim standardzie do ceny za nocleg. bardzo elastyczni i pomocni pracownicy, którzy tworzą klimat tego miejsca tak naprawdę.

While it is located a bit far from the main train station, there are other eateries and express marts nearby. What tops the cake is the impeccable services of the staff, they are attentive and friendly. The hotel also gives the guests options in turning on the heater or the air conditioning, there is hair dryer available too. It had been a cosy and peaceful stay.

This was a very clean hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help us with our stay. We would definitely recommend this stay to friends and family. The complimentary breakfast was convenient and good. When we had an unexpected 3rd person in our party, the staff quickly upgraded our room at a reasonable price to accommodate our needs.

What a great experience working with the front desk to add an extra person. We were treated wonderfully. Breakfast was fresh baked croissants and fresh capochinno. Super people. I slept well, and I liked the shower. The walk was just 17 minutes to all the main attractions

Old building but clean, everyone is super nice, and friendly. Even after checkout we could leave our luggage to walk all day in the surroundings. I would definitely stay again, it’s 15 mins walking from the train station.

Cute, lovely hotel with a great location close to center and all important landmarks of Florence. Nice room. Beautiful garden. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. I also liked breakfast. My warm recommendation!
