My husband and I stayed at the Frame hotel. It was quiet and clean and oh so close to everything we wanted to see in the city. The staff was all very helpful, made us feel welcome and all easily conversed with us although we speak almost no Italian. Would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend you stay here.

Very polite and friendly staff. Hotel location is wonderful for seeing all the main sights in town. The room is very nice with a comfy bed, and a hot shower. For the price it’s a great location. You do have to refill your own water bottle, but that’s really not a big deal.

We loved staying at The Frame! The staff is very attentive and helpful. This hotel has a lot of character and nice upgrades and amenities. It is within walking distance of the train station and just a few minutes away from the Duomo. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel and the room are beautiful with lots of special touches. But the staff made all the difference! From check in to check out, all of the staff were pleasant and always had a smile and a kind word. This is my go-to place in Florence.

The location is conveniently located to Shopping attractions the train station
The staff is super nice and helpful They speak good English.
The rooms were very nice, cleaned a daily
The breakfast is an option to book with your room a nice choice of pastries, hot items, such as scrambled eggs, bacon potatoes, plenty of options for a good breakfast at a very good rate I would definitely recommend this
