BOOK IT! Don't think twice, don't squint with one eye trying to see what's missing. Everything about this space is 11/10 perfection. Ultra sparkling like-new clean, comfortable bed with extra pillows, hot shower with soap and shampoo, clean towels changed daily, well-appointed, water, tiny desk fridge for water (a bottle was even provided) in room, easy check in, very safe gated property with codes for gate and building, and keys to B&B and your personal room, strong wifi, ice cold air conditioning, television, extra friendly service, personal assistance on site and whatsapp, included amazing breakfast (eggs benedict is a MUST on your balcony), in walking distance to everything. I stayed in the orange room which says twin bed, but it's actually a full, so even better. I can't say more about this location, just book it before you lose it. Absolutely nothing negative to say and I am very picky!

Beautiful room, helpful staff. Comfy beds. Cannot complain. Only reason why not 5 star was due to the breakfast. Be aware on both nights they didn't read the 'note' section of our order. So things were forgotten. The tea was only green tea, I think black tea should be a necessity/standard. My partner doesn't like fish nor eggs, so the breakfast options were more limited for him.

We spent 3 nights here. Room in new section and needed some work on shower. Staff responsive and fixed problem. Breakfasts fresh and good quality. Room spacious and clean. Good restaurant recommendation from staff. Good value for price. Lots mosquitoes possibly due to heat and river ? so bring spray.

Nice place with terrific location, a short walk away from all of Florence's main destinations. The staff was the best of all though, with their avocado toasts coming in second place. Fresh, clean and beautiful rooms.

Terrible experience didn’t even get to stay the night. They told me I was all booked and set to go so I got on my train to go to the hotel and as soon as I got off the train they told me that the hotel was overbooked and they said they would cover a similar hotel. They asked us to confirm this which we did but then after they cancelled our reservation and refused to cover any hotel stay. They didn’t told us it was booking.com’s fault for overbooking and that they couldn’t do anything even though in an email they asked what time I was going to be arriving at the hotel which I told them and confirmed. Over a terrible experience would NOT recommend staying here and if you are booking good luck. Be careful if you are traveling they do not care for you and will not try to help you!

Prenotato all ultimo minuto la camera d’hotel. Prezzi onesti, stanza molto accogliente, moderna e pulita. Personale gentile e super disponibile. Colazione prenotabile online con vasta scelta tra dolce e salato. Consigliato per un viaggio di coppia o famiglia.

Posizione centrale, personale estremamente simpatico e disponibile, stanza molto molto ampia, pulita. Colazione semplicemente eccezionale, anche per le modalità: si ordina la sera prima quello che si desidera e l'orario in cui si preferisce riceverla in camera. Una meraviglia!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im La Marmora 39. Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Zimmer: modern, groß, hell und extrem sauber. Gute Klimaanlage, ein gutes Bett und eine Regendusche mit LED Lichtern im Badezimmer. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl der Check in erst ab 15h möglich war konnten wir um 8h schon unser Auto parken uns im Bad frisch machen und unser Gepäck dort deponieren. Es besteht die Möglichkeit sich das Frühstück aufs Zimmer kommen zu lassen und entweder auf dem Bett oder dem Balkon zu frühstücken. Ein Traum! Mein bestes Hotelerlebniss der letzten Jahre. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Ho trascorso 2 notti con moglie e figlio in questo bb a 10 min. a piedi dal centro. Le 2 camere che ci sono state assegnate sono disposte in modo razionale ed arredate in maniera minimal moderna con tutti confort. Bagni ampi e ben disposti. La colazione è servita in una sala comune o in alternativa anche camerae si ordina con una comoda app che permette una facile prenotazione ad esaurimento del budget di 15€/gg a persona. Parcheggio comodo in cortile adiacente al costo di 25€/gg. Personale gentile e disponibile . Menzione particolare a Paolo,uno dei gestori, che oltre alla rara cortesia ha accettato anche piccole critiche legate alla stanza grafite con assoluta professionalità. Prezzo giusto in relazione al contesto ed alla media fiorentina. Insomma tutto da consigliare
