The Firenze Repubblica apar**ents are well located in the heart of Florence; you can explore the whole city on foot and have one of the best views of the city. The apar**ents are within a mixed use apar**ents building, but they are secure and there is a reception area as you walk in through the large wooden doors (note: this is a day only concierge area for the building, as opposed to a reception for the guests of these apar**ents, but the staff who are present when it is open are helpful and welcoming). Upon arrival, follow the address specified to find the apar**ents, and you are greeted by a positive and helpful management member. The management team give you contact details too if you happen to need them during your stay. The apar**ent itself is spacious, nicely decorated and generally well maintained. The view from your terrace is the highlight and unique selling point. It is stunning and well worth every penny. The terrace is a good size so you can relax there too. The apar**ent appears to be sound proofed as you hear no noise at all, it is also fully air conditioned/heated. The Prosecco was a nice touch on arrival, and you are equipped with essentials such as shampoo etc. as well as a large umbrella which was very useful! The shower although in the middle of the room, has a privacy curtain if you wish to use as well. I would recommend this apar**ent to anyone looking for a central, attractive apar**ent with a beautiful view. We were only here for a weekend, but as it’s so well located, you can see so much of what Florence has to offer thanks to this. It is also next to two taxi ranks which is helpful as Uber isn’t really available here. One tiny thing to note: there is no safe in the apar**ent we stayed in. This would be a great addition!

Excellent appar**ent: exactly as in pictures, even better, clean, contemporary, host was reliable, punctual, easy to reach through mail and whatsapp, location could not be better, and the view is extraordinary (Duomo Appar**ent), top of the top, better that the pictures! Would definitely recommend.

The apar**ent was the best apar**ent I have ever stayed in! Great condition and everything you could need. The free Prosecco and coffee was a bonus I was not expecting! The quality of the finishes in the apar**ent were amazing as well as the bath robes and towels. But the best bit was the view... what can I say... It's better than the pictures! The apar**ent was bigger than I expected! The communications with the host were fantastic as I had been running late with flights!

My wife and I stayed for two weeks for our honeymoon. The rooftop Duomo view and eating area was amazing. Staying in Piazza della Repubblica was perfect location of Florence. The unit was well appointed with all amenities required. We could live there! Book with no hesitation!

Our stay was incredible. The room, and especially the view from the terrace, were breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence.

We stayed for a little over 2 weeks while in Italy, the location is awesome, the balcony has a gorgeous view of the city and of the Duomo. AC works great, clean, central. We loved it and would recommend it and stay here again. It is located in the oldest piazza in Florence, 2 restaurants right out the main entrance door and shopping more eating and drinking at every corner. Absolutely amazing!

Overall we had a good stay. The location is amazing. Just half a mile from train station. The views from the terrace were spectacular and right in the middle of the square with so many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The river Arno was only a short walk away. Communication with the management company was also great. However just a few things that could be better: Some sort of window covering on the patio/terrace windows would have helped. The only shower in the property is over the jacuzzi in the middle of the room. Not ideal. Difficult to climb in and out off, plus there was a bad smell from the drain There were a number of devices on the ceiling, assuming smoke alarms but they have a flashing red light which in the dead of night seem much bigger and are irritating Would be good to provide instructions on the dishwasher - maybe it was faulty but we couldn’t get it to work. Also extra bin bags and washing up liquid would be good.
