Residence Leopoldo

The property was described accurately and for the price was absolutely a great value. Everything was walkable, safe and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our flat was spacious, clean, everything worked and no complaints.

Overall we had a great stay at Leopoldo Residence. The only thing I noticed was that it smelled like smoke every time we walked into thr room. Aside from that everything was perfect. It was quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Fantastic stay. Well furnished apar**ent with super clean furnishings. We had a pleasant experience at booking , check in and check out - very well located in terms of transportation. Short tram ride away from the main train station. The apar**ent had everything ready and many options of restaurants, supermarkets nearby!

I stayed at Residence Leopoldo in Florence with my son & husband. We were welcomed at the reception by a very warm host, who showed us around our Premium Studio apar**ent. She also gave us lots of tips and suggestions on things to see and do in Florence. Since we were there on our anniversary, they were so nice as to gift us a bottle of Prosecco!! The apar**ent was spacious and very well equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine. There was an iron in the room too and lots of storage space. It was an excellent deal for the price! The place is well connected to the city centre and a tram is just walking distance from the building. However, after exploring Florence, we did feel we would have enjoyed the vibrancy of the city centre more had we stayed somewhere closer. But then, we may not have had such a comfortable stay that we had here! In all, a great experience!

Very cosy apar**ents. Quiet and conveniently located.

We spent three nightsat Leopoldo. Staff was extremely nice and helpful for everything. The place is very convenient, top equipment and quite cozy. We used their parking and went to the city center by tram, just around the corner. Last but not leas, at 5 mins walking there is a wonderful trattoria with the best spaghetti I ever had (Spaghetti Briganti at Fratelli Brigandi). When we go back to Florence, we will go for sure also to Leopoldo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni in residence nella junior suite che, tra l’altro, è stata appena ristrutturata. Camera grande, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il bagno è davvero molto grande e dotato di accappatoi, ciabatte e kit cortesia. Abbiamo inoltre trovato la camera davvero molto pulita e ordinata. Ci ritornerò sicuramente in quando situato solo 3-4 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram omonima “Leopoldo” che collega la maggior parte delle attrazioni della città. Un soggiorno rilassante che merita di essere vissuto.

Wir hatten für 2 Nächte ein Appartement gebucht. Die Dame der Reception war extrem aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch perfekt für uns war der gesicherte Parkplatz. Die Lage ist nicht voll zentral, aber die Tramstation ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir würden diese Residence immer wieder buchen.

Minha experiência aconteceu no em maio de 2016, fiz uma viagem de quase um mês na europa e estive por duas vezes no Leopoldo, no inicio e no fim dessa minha trip. O Leopoldo Residence na época, foi um tanto difícil de encontrar pois os endereços na Itália são um tanto quanto complicados, felizmente deu tudo certo e a experiência não poderia ter sido a melhor. Lá não é pousada ou hotel, mas sim um loft que vc aluga e dispõem de sua própria cozinha, maquina de lavar roupas.... um apartamento completo, para você ter suas refeições como quiser, na hora que quiser e se sentir um local fazendo isso, indo ao Coop para comprar seus insumos para um bom café, almoço ou janta! O local é bem mobiliado e bem limpo e organizado, a recepção é calorosa e conta com atendimento muito eficiente e solicito além de serem todos bem simpáticos. A experiência no Leopoldo foi tão positiva que ele sempre é levado em conta para uma próxima viagem. Infelizmente fica um pouco distante do centro histórico, mas não foi problema para mim e minha esposa pois usávamos ônibus sem grandes problemas, para nós, valeu a pena pois estava longe do tumulto dos grandes centros e ainda tinha um excelente mercado, o COOP, bem pertinho.
