This is a scam listing in my opinion. The property cannot speak English (although my entire reservation was made in English).
The property would not provide directions for checking in after repeated calls to the office. Received a text that they could not speak.
The booking agent called repeatedly and could not resolve the issue again, because the property manager could not speak English.
Took my money and could not check in because they don't speak English.
Not happy with ******* at this time either, as this property should have never been offered to me.

The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, with dirt and dust on the floor and under the radiator. Additionally, the bathroom had visible mold, as seen in the attached photos. The lack of a refrigerator and the owner's unwillingness to allow us to use the kitchen refrigerator is also disappointing. While the location of the accommodation near the center and public transportation is a strong point, it seems that cleanliness and amenities were lacking. The breakfast offered was not very varied and the owner did not allow you to make your own coffee, requiring you to request a specific type. It is also concerning that you we did not observe any cleaning taking place during our stay, with only towels being changed.

I can say a lot, but I have to be fair that you get what you pay for. Although very bad wi-fi in 2023 and lack of clean are not acceptable in my opinion. Too much noise from the other rooms because of the bad isolation.

I had booked and paid for the room before corona virus pandemic at the beginning of 2020. Because there was total lock down in Slovenia and alo in Italy we could not come to Florence. We agreed that we could redeem vaucher later when we could travel. Firs we wanted to redeem vaucher in may 2021, but italy was still under covid restriction (hotels were closed). Later on that year we could not go to Florence because my partner works in hospital nd because in Slovenia was covid situation very bad. At the beginning of 2022 I contacted the owners to redeem the voucher and they just said that we can not redeem the voucher, let me say that they DID NOT pay us back for what we already paid. I agree that covid was bad for all of us, but in my opinion it is not ok to just take the money and say we were to late to redeem vaucher. I would pay extra if they would give me option.

La chica de recepción fue muy amable. Lugar muy bonito y nuestra habitación perfecta y muy limpia. No estaba en el centro pero al lado teníamos el tranvía. Barrio tranquilo. El desayuno era correcto. El último día nos dejaron las laves para poder ir a recoger las maletas ya que nuestro vuelo salía de noche

Accueil très sympathique et hôte prévenante. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. Pour se garer, il y a des places juste devant pour environ 10 euros par jour. Situé à 2kms du centre de Florence , il y a tout à proximité , supermarché, bar, restaurant et même l'arrêt du tramway.

Buona posizione in zona tranquilla e servita da tram e bus, ma tutto il resto è da bocciare: bagno vecchio con doccia piccola, in cui è anche difficile entrare; porta del bagno che non si chiude e maniglia del tutto rotta; in stanza non abbiamo trovato acqua, nemmeno a pagamento, quindi siamo dovuti uscire per comprarla (per fortuna siamo arrivati in tempo); colazione improponibile, con prodotti tutti confezionati; insonorizzazione inesistente, per cui si sente tutto (tutto!) dagli ambienti comuni e dalle altre stanze.
