Casa G. is a very beautiful hotel right in the heart of Florence yet in a quiet street away from the crowds. I stayed 4 nights in Casa G. and I thank them for making me feel at home. The building itself, the beautiful interior design, all brand new and amazing taste; those lamps…The breakfast, their nice offers and most of all the wonderful staff Linda and Andres. I hope to be back as soon as possible.

Regrettably, my recent experience at this hotel has left me deeply disappointed. After my room was broken into during my stay, the management assured me of a full refund for the entire duration of my reservation, understanding the urgency of finding alternative accommodation at such short notice. However, upon following up, the manager has shockingly reneged on their promise, claiming that I stayed for a longer duration than I actually did, which is simply not the case. This turn of events is not only disheartening but also deeply concerning. I find it utterly disappointing that the hotel has chosen to retract their commi**ent, leaving me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a guest. Such behavior is not only unprofessional but also a breach of trust. I urge potential guests to consider this lack of accountability and integrity when making their lodging choices.

Super well located Boutique Hotel within proximity to Museums, Restaurants & Shopping. Very Tastefully Executed Interior Design! Charming & Courteous Concierge (Linda) who provided assistance with Restaurant reservations and very helpful tour suggestions. Loved the Lounge for relaxing after returning from late Dinners. Even met the Owner, a charming young gentleman. REALLY Enjoyed our stay!
