Hotel Residencial Ilhabela

When we arranged we found the room was filthy with old food all over the counter, the floor was covered in sand and the toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned. I went to the office and told them, so they sent a girl over who had a filthy dirty bucket of water that looked like she was using to clean floors with, and she used the same dirty rag to wipe the toilet down and wipe the kitchen counter off. The fridge and stove were discussing, they looked like they hadn't ever been cleaned, the matress on the bed was a piece of foam that was too small for the bed and was very uncomfortable. To top it off, we had paid extra when we booked for a large room and we were given a small room, but at this point it really didn't matter as we were not happy. Also there are no safes in the rooms, so we had to carry all of our documents and valuables with us in a bag, when we were going for breakfast we were tond that there are no bags allowed in the restaurant and to leave our bag in the room, passports, credit cards, lots of money, I don't think so! My wife and I had to go to the restaurant separately each morning to eat while one of us stayed with our belongings. I would not recommend staying in this hotel, I think there are better options available but unfortunately we found out to late!

Es hat hier einen Super Rahmenladen mit gutem Service und leckerem essen. Das Hotel an sich ist eher schlecht aber dank „Allons-RahmenStand“ lohnt es sich und macht es zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis!! Empfehle dieses Restaurant, das Hotel kann man rauchen

Minha reserva foi cancelada e ainda houve a tentativa de uso de dados do meu cartão, com valores indevidos. Sendo que no momento da reserva indicava que não havia necessidade de pagamento antecipado e cancelamento gratuito. Nenhuma segurança com os dados que são informados à eles. LPGD? Abuso. Além de informarem que não possuíam disponibilidade de quartos para podemos passar à noite, sendo que ao fazer uma nova pesquisa constava disponibilidades. Um descaso completo, principal que viajava com uma idosa de 91 anos.

Bom custo benefício. Necessita ar condicionado no quarto secundário ou ventilador mais novo com regulagem de velocidade, o que proporcionaria maior conforto ao cliente. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa, principalmente Alejandro -Recepcionista e Márcio- Manutenção predial. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Hotel simples, antigo, próximo a praia, de fácil acesso e com estacionamento individual. Os quartos são bons de tamanho porém a estrutura é um tanto quanto antiga. Equipamentos de cozinha funcionando perfeitamente, porém bem desgastados e com aparência de sujos, talvez por serem muito antigos, mas se vc não for cozinhar, não fará diferença na sua estadia. Café da manhã ok, mas melhor ir cedo pois depois das 9:30h já não repõem algumas coisas. Fomos mal atendidos e um pouco destratados por um dos funcionários, mais de uma vez, mas ele foi exceção, todos os demais foram atenciosos e simpáticos. No geral, se a tarifa estiver boa, vale o custo x benefício.

A recepção foi bem atenciosa, o quarto é bem simples ao chegar tem uma cama na sala, mesa e bancos e uma pequena cozinha. Banheiro não estava com cheiro muito bom, mas não estava sujo. O quarto tem cama de casal e ar condicionado porém havia apenas um cobertor menor que a cama. Não há ia fósforo para ligar fogão, geladeira estava desligada, as pilhas do controle do ar não funcionavam. O café da manhã era razoável tinha café, frutas , pães e bolos. As pessoas foram muito atenciosas mas. Aesteutura realmente precisa melhorar.

Hotel com atendimento ruim na recepção. Estava um frio e não deram coberta a todos os hóspedes pois deram a informação que estava cheio e não tinha coberta suficiente no momento. Fogão não estava funcionando. Péssimo

Pior experiência lugar horrível frigobar do quarto se encostar da tétano colchão velho , roupa de cama suja toalhas horríveis meu Deus que lugar e este funcionários sem saco este lugar e horrível jamais fiquem num lugar como este e olha que só fiquei apenas 8 hrs pq não tinha como suportar de tão ruim
