I liked this hotel. Only things I didn't like was waiting for almost 20 minutes for a staff member to come to the front to check me in at 6pm & the attitude of one staff member the following morning when my key kept locking me out the room. The last guy at the front desk was great & used an actual key to let me in after finding out the key card reader needed to be replaced.

The room was never cleaned. The bed was messed up and chairs and garbage was everywhere. I ended up getting a refund and leaving.

All staff I encountered were so pleasant, front desk, cleaning crew, the breakfast area crew and then random employees you saw in the hall way. Clean quiet rooms. Beds were comfy, shower water hot and plenty of water pressure. It was also nice to have a desk, microwave and fridge available in room.

The room was clean and beautiful. Well stocked with convenient amenities. The beds were comfortable and sheets were soft and cozy.
The staff was kind and helpful. The hot breakfast left nothing to be desired. Cappuccino machine made super yummy hot drinks.

Love the stay the room was very clean was very welcome to stay the only thing was the Parking it wasn't know where to park but all round the back and it was raining and had to come though the said door, if it had more doors to come in beside 2 it would have been okay, but the stay a wonderful stay

Bed was hard, ice machine was dirty putting out ice with black specks, otherwise no issues. Breakfast was good and staff was kind and friendly.
