Not to mention the environment, the 5 points is not because of the hotel, but because of nature. Most of the island environments in the Maldives are unsatisfactory. It’s God’s blessing. 3. I gave the service 3 points. The reason is that I had many emails with the hotel before going to the Maldives. I mainly provided some necessary information to the hotel. Of course, I also made some personal requests. Got an email from the hotel confirming that arrangements had been made. But when I arrived, I found that it was not as promised in the email. I reported this problem through Ctrip, but I did not get a sincere statement from the hotel. I'm not satisfied with this. 4. In terms of facilities, I rated it 5 points.
