We stopped at the Rectoral a few years ago, looking for a cool drink after a day swimming in the river at Maceira (also highly recommended). We were lucky enough to find a drink with beautiful views included! We returned today in search of refreshment and out of nostalgia - were still impressed by this beautiful place. The service was great, the drinks and nibbles just lovely. It was so nice we didn’t want to leave so we waited until it was time for dinner service to begin and treated ourselves to a lovely meal - beef cheeks in red wine highly recommended by all - finished with a fig cheesecake (figs from the tree you can see as you enter). Just lovely. Look forward to our next visit.

Es un sitio idílico, espectacular, el trato mejor que en casa, la tranquilidad que se respira y el ambiente es inigualable, piscina, restaurante, terraza espectacular, unas instalaciones que te trasladan a otra época, en plena naturaleza.

Lugar súper recomendable,tanto en invierno como en verano,y especialmente para viajar con mascota. El sitio es precioso,muy bien cuidado y en medio de la naturaleza. Tranquilo y con unas vistas magníficas. El trato del personal inmejorable. Muy agradables y pendientes de cualquier necesidad. La habitación que nos dieron maravillosa,con terraza incluída.Buena calefacción,no pasamos nada de frío. Los salones muy acogedores,con las chimeneas funcionando. Y en el exterior una gran terraza que en verano tiene que ser espectacular. La cena completísima y riquísima,y el desayuno genial,con repostería casera. El trato hacia nuestra perra no pudo ser mejor,da gusto ir a sitios donde te reciben con tanto cariño. Y la zona de la piscina nos queda pendiente para disfrutar en otra época,porque repetiremos seguro .

Voy todos los años xq es un sitio inigualable en todos los sentidos pero este año había una camarera joven prepotente y con más ganas de que le sirvan que de servir ella que es para lo que le pagan. Desde luego si llega a ser esta la primera vez que voy, a lo mejor no vuelvo. Pero bueno…esto tampoco va a servir para tirar por tierra el trabajo del resto que tiene mucho muchísimo mérito. A parte de esto, les doy un 10 como siempre

Es un lugar precioso, las vistas son hermosas. La atención buena, amigable, y solícita. Se preocupan por que la estancia sea agradable. La comida normal, casera, y buena. Es importante que el huésped sea advertido de cómo llegar y qué caminos tomar porque Google maps nos llevó por lugares demasiado difíciles. Cualquier acceso al lugar tiene dificultades rurales pero hay unos peores y se debe tener cuidado. Es un lugar para quedarse un fin de semana y disfrutar de sus alrededores. La relación calidad precio es aceptable, no diría que es un lugar barato. Por último, el huésped debe preguntar y conocer las salidas y las puertas que debe usar porque el lugar no tiene personal por la noche.

Desconexión total , solo estuvimos una noche y es para quedarse por los menos una semana, paraíso natural , sin ruidos , solo pajaritos , habitación amplia , dormimos genial ( para gustos a mi marido la almohada un poco baja ) con todo lo necesario, sin grandes pretensiones, con servicio de cena , todo muy rico y el desayuno incluido también con sus básicos ,el personal súper agradable y atento .

El camino se nos hizo eterno, todo eran curvas y nos encontramos con vacas en medio del camino, es importante tener cuidado, especialmente si se va de noche. Estuvimos una noche. El sitio es ideal para ir a desconectar; no hay nada cerca, tan solo la playa de fluvial de Maceira. Cenamos allí mismo, la comida está bien. La atención fue muy buena, muy agradables y atentos. El único inconveniente es que la cama es muy incómoda y pequeña.

Antes de entrar para hacer la limpieza de habitaciones deberían consultar porque no tienen marcadores para el pomo de la puerta

Hele mooie locatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel, het eten is lekker en de behulpzame bediening bood allemaal veganistische / vegetarische opties buiten de kaart om aan.
er is ook een mooie wandeling te maken direct vanuit het hotel die door de schitterende omgeving gaat.
