Luna Wellness Hotel

Perfect place to stay for a week of skiing - we highly rate the friendliness of staff and quality of food and service. The spa is delightful. Thank you Luna Team as always - we look forward to returning soon!

Great hotel - all staff were always willing to help at any stage. Lovely display of food for all the meals. Catering and waiters were exceptional and we left them with a very large tip - they couldn't do enough for us.

Hotel location is good, not too far from ski lift. Car garage available for €70/week. Shuttle Service hotel to lift available in morning and afternoon. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great, dinner was good. The snacks in the afternoon were very nice too. Rooms nice and clean, good Room service. Can be improved: Dinner at 19:30 is too late Shuttle in afternoon after 15:30 is a little late. Lockers for skis are too small for snowboard Lockers area too narrow No service area available for snowboard maintenance Only Italian tv channels available in Room Wifi signal not stable

The service was excellent, and SPA as well. Food was fresh, with a variety of choices - gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan. Very good choice for a family vacation. We had a great stay and would stay here again.

Nice hotel but lacked atmosphere and authenticity for a ski holiday. Did not feel that hotel was in The Dolomites and could easily been in any city, worldwide! Food good and restaurant staff friendly. Need to address issue with bar which was extremely disappointing both in decor/atmosphere and not well used.

Staff and really friendly, food and drink are great. Very convenient location for skiing.

Great family style hotel where you feel very welcome and comfortable for one week in the mountains; with excellent service and staff kind and caring about their guests. Definitely an address to recommend close to the gondola and to the Madonna ski area. Particularly appreciated is the after ski snack with Andrea making nice waffles and great drinks to refuel after a day of skiing or hiking.

We booked Luna Wellness Hotel through their website and had big expectations because of the great pictures and the hotel actually exceeded our expectations. The most amazing thing about it was definitely the food, especially the dinner. It was like an all you can eat gourmet high end restaurant, the food was simply delicious, the staff was very nice and helpful. The dishes were very classy, tasty and good portions. There was also an all you can eat buffet with various different appetisers and salads. We could get ourselves full just from the appetisers, but the first and second courses were just amazing. There was also a desert. The hotel has a nice ski wardrobe and a ski shuttle to the lift, the person driving was very positive and friendly. Breakfast is also great and there is even an afternoon snack with more tasty stuff. Some nights there was live music or grappa tasting which was a nice touch as well. Spa is good, you have to book it in advance and because of that it is not crowded which was good. Rooms were okay as well. Nothing bad I can say about this hotel really. It was really close to the lift and easy to get to Madonna di Campiglio with a bus. If you enjoy good food definitely go for this hotel.
