Room was clean and neat but the bed was poorly made. The staff managed to get the sheet and top sheet correctly positioned but the blankets and bedspread were dumped on the bed and it was lumpy and did not look professional at all. Need rubber mat or anti skid surface in tub as tub is slippery. There is no clock and no cream in the coffee packets. The level for the sink stopper doesn't work. You have to push the stopper in manually.

I attended a meeting there earlier this week. I had a call to take before my meeting and was looking for a quiet nook to do so. It was early morning so little lobby traffic-but was looking for something more secluded. Michael was working the front desk and noticed me walking around and asked what I needed. Upon learning of the short ter and simple need-he immediately found a quite meeting room not in use and let me use it for an hour. Helped my day start with less stress and very much appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile. The morning meeting at the hotel went well too-good service, the food was good and the space worked really well for our group.

Room was an absolute surprise for 139$, our room was leaking water onto the heater, carpet is extra extra extra used. Very outdated and used up, furniture looked dirty. We stayed 2 nights and only received 1 continental breakfast, you need a coupon from the front desk for breakfast. If you don’t have a coupon you pay, plus you pay 1$ for a tiny cup of coffee. The one breakfast we received was the worst breakfast we did have. We had no room service, so after 2 days and an a.m. we didn’t have our garbages changed, we walked around the hotel to find trash cans to throw our garbage out. House keeping was friendly and gave me extra coffee, so I didn’t have to pay 1$ for the tiny cup. The game room pool area was also leaking water from the ceiling.

Pleasantly surprised! Check-in process was easy. The room was clean. The bed is firm. The food was good. They have a nice bar. It is obvious that management and staff take pride in what they’re doing. We also got a great rate for a conference and the space and technology we needed. We will definitely be back. My only lament, the water is so soft it’s kinda hard to get the soap outta your hair!

Great service and staff nice clean rooms just an overall nice place to stay in town. Located close to everything in Wisconsin, the hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub plus a game room for the kids. Also a restaurant with a bar with great food a good prices.

Its worth the $10 - $15 extra over surrounding hotels. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink at the bar and a discount for dinner all without asking, it was there welcome and thank you for choosing them. The included breakfast was really nice too.

Our family of 8 stayed at the Radisson Hotel and Convention Center for 3 nights, to attend the Marian University graduation of our grandson. The family were able to stay together, enjoying the many amenities at the Radisson. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The evenings were quiet, enabling a good night’s sleep, something I don’t always find in hotels.The staff at the Radisson were very courteous and helpful. The family were able to gather and enjoy the restaurant and bar. A wonderful experience.

Good place for a meeting or convention. The continental breakfast and convention meals were really good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet Wi-Fi was working great. Plenty of parking and easy access from my vehicle to room.

Our state Gideon convention was held here and the hotel and staff were the best! Food was wonderful and everyone worked very hard to meet all of our needs , rooms were clean and ready for us every time and anything we asked for was quickly delivered .
