Location is great for the cable car, and reception staff are really friendly.
However, we were really uncomfortable during our stay and it was a dreary experience:
- Rock hard beds
- Low watt, cold-white lightbulbs were really depressing choice, giving the room a very grey and dingy feel.
- WiFi didn't work.
- Our "balcony" was just the public corridor with a table and chairs piled up for occasional use.
Looked like some rooms were better than ours though - e.g. better lighting, better views, and private balconies. So we may have just been very unlucky. (Although the awful mattresses alone would be enough to stop us returning - regardless of lighting etc.)
We booked a "Delux Comfort" room - is was very far being either.

Good place, we had a beautiful view from appt A5-7.
It is a bit concerning that there is only one elevator for the entire A building during peak time you have to wait

Super séjour avec mes enfants. On reviendra !! Petit bémol l’eau de la piscine trop froide et réseau internet à revoir sinon très bien merci à l’équipe.

Le service à l’accueil est rarement présent vu le manque d’effectif… un seul ascenseur il faut attendre 5 min à chaque fois pour monter à sa chambre, le wifi qui marche pas.
On m’a facturé 50 euro pour le nettoyage de chambre alors qu’on a nettoyé la chambre avant de partir, quand j’ai appelé pour m’expliquer on m’a dit c’est pour les poubelles !!! Descendre un sac de poubelle pour 50 euro !!!! Et comment ça se fait que c’est le client qui paye la femme de ménage !!!!!

appartement situé au centre de font romeu. parking au sous-sol. piscine annoncé 26 alors quelle n est pas au dessus de 20. hammam et sauna. terrasse plein sud, problème car elle est ajourée, donc on reçoit les saletés du voisin du dessus. équipements de l appartement top, même si tout n est pas propre.

La recepcionista muy amable , se entra demasiado tarde la entrada las 16h y se deja demasiado de pronto, para dormir los colchones son muy incómodos súper duros , la hora de entrada muy tarde y salida del alojamiento demasiado de temprano. Está limpio y la ubicación está muy bjen

Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec les télécabines et la place du marché de noel.
L'appartement était confortable mais pas très propre à notre arrivée (pas d'alèse sur les matelats et oreillers)
