Wonderful stop for one night on route to Calais from the south of France. Beautiful building and grounds. Wonderful friendly host. Really clean bedroom and bathroom. And a delicious breakfast with a full range of really good produce. And home made eggs. Would recommend highly.

Had a very comfortable stay here. The building is beautiful and the room was very well presented and clean. There is a very loud train track that runs right past the hotel but this was fine as it was mostly muffled by having the windows closed but did give us a bit of a fright the first time we heard it from the garden. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. There are only a few rooms so is ideal if you are looking for a quiet and secluded stay. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and spoke fantastic English. I would advise booking somewhere to eat in advance if you require dinner, as we were unable to get into any restaurants in Fontaines or Chagny which made for a less than perfect evening. Overall the accommodation and breakfast was great but I personally wasn't a great fan of the location.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans le domaine . L accueil superbe , la gentillesse de la propriétaire. Un déjeuner plus que copieux dans un cadre magnifique ! Nous étions dans la suite loft , nous reviendrons c est certain !!!! À bientôt ! Christelle
