In the middle of nowhere located next to a busy road. Nothing but a restaurant and a greengrocer next door. Typical hotel built in the 90's and still has the 90's vibe. The staff was not very friendly. Room basic large, clean with a good bed. Internet is good.The walk-in shower is made in a bathtub. Creative solution, I guess. The food was horrible. Worst breakfast I ever had in Spain and dinner wasn't nice.

Where to start?? Hotel is clean, that’s about it. 5km from centre of Santiago so need a car. A/c advertised doesn’t work, of course! It is ancient. Fridge in room is warm, use it as a cupboard to store your shoes, that’s what we did! The ‘restaurant’ inside the hotel is, at best, a cafeteria. Don’t expect to get a pre-dinner drink; they don’t have anything!!!! Tube lighting complete the general decor, very 1973!! All in all, cheap, dated and unwelcoming place. Staff totally indifferent at best, rude mostly. It’s cheap,ok but still… Will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone we know not to either!!!

Pessimo hotel, vecchio, logoro, sporco. Arredamento che avrà almeno 40 anni, pavimento in laminato da negozio del fai da te, un odore indescrivibile all'ingresso. Unica cosa positiva e unico motivo della scelta è la vicinanza con l'aeroporto. Ma la prossima volta meglio qualche chilometro in più ma in un posto decente.

El entorno del Bosque Encantado es precioso. Sitio tranquilo. Habitacion amplia pero mobiliario antiguo . El baño mal pensado, la puerta choca con el wc, la bañera recortada en la mitad, es un poco complicado.....no es bañera ni es ducha , malos acabados en el baño....aún necesita más reformas. El desayuno muy pobre , quizás porque íbamos en grupo. Amabilidad en recepción y muy buena limpieza en la habitación.

È un vecchio hotel sulla strada per arrivare a Santiago, andrebbe sicuramente rimodernato, a magari andrebbe offerto qualcosa di meglio ai clienti. Vecchie stanze con Mobilia di 30 anni fa, discretamente pulito, ma sicuramente non vale il prezzo pagato. Attorno non c’è nulla se non un ristorante che sconsiglio vivamente

A mitad de la tercera etapa del Camino Inglés, este hotel te hace un buen almuerzo, con servicio eficaz y amable y a un precio razonable. Parada obligatoria. Bocadillos muy bien hechos y de tamaño correcto
