I like that it’s close to the interstate and close to my doctors. Very convenient, quiet, no hassles checking in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it.

Staff basically checked us in and didn’t give us any detail on room, meals, easiest doors to get in closer to room. When confronted about a strange man that came and knocked on our vehicle window when parking staff wasn’t concerned at all. Fight in the room next to us at midnight continued until 0230. Hollering in the hall, doors banging and slamming, food thrown all over the hallway. Front desk was called by numerous guest and nothing was done. No sleep was had with a 15 hour drive in front of us.

No issues, clean, breakfast was decent. The hotel is not downtown, but just a few minutes from downtown when driving. Good price and will stay again.

The girl that checked us in was awful. She was rude and not at all helpful. I thnk her name was Cristy. We didn't get even one smile ir welcome from her. We have been staying there once a month for years, but we'll be finding a new place. It was not a good experience.

The staff and facilities were fantastic. The only area for improvement is the pillow quality and breakfast. There powdered eggs and gravy were pretty bad.
