**** you I tried to add someone to my reservation at the day told me to do it like that and got played I would never book from this site again very unprofessional keep saying something about a third-party

The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, and nothing out of expectation happened during my 1-night stay. One thing I would like to compliment Best Western is that their shuttle service to the Fort-Lauderdale International Airport runs 24 hours while many other hotels in the area run their first daily shuttle at 5 am. The only thing I needed to do was to make an appointment for the pick-up time at the entrance.

This place is great and the front desk guy was awesome! The young kid with the short dreads!!!! Breakfast was great! Very welcoming place!

房間有股味道，應該是地毯的味道； 最不能接受的是：房間的Wi-Fi基本是沒有信號，出差沒有網絡是啥概念啊？？？？ 最後衹能抱着電腦在酒店大堂辦公…………

Need one night stay for my next flight.
Request Airport transfer, I was on hold for 25 minutes. Waiting too long to request airport transfer. Request airport transfer the night before for my morning flight but she forgot my airport transfer in the morning.
