The hotel needs a few things done to the room I was in. Dirty room with stains on carpet & chairs. Bathroom sink was always stopped up & they overcharged me for valet parking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Let's start with the GOOD news. The staff here is off the charts. The facility is showing its age a bit and is undergoing renovations, when we arrived the lobby was quickly filling up with an angry mob because the computer system went done. This is where the staff really impressed us. Lena and Emanuel handled a stressful situation with incredible grace and professionalism and eventually got everyone sorted out. We had a couple of other nuisances like a TV that didn't work but at the end of the day Bill Stienberg made it right with us, he clearly understands the hospitality business and ran a tight ship. Special shoutout to Zerodia and Marietta who were also fantastic. We will be back when they finish the renovations.

Great location; a quick walk across the street to the beach. Great view from the corner room.
Our room was not ready when checking in, waited over 4 hours for it to be prepared. Josh at the check in counter offered to downgrade our room at the same price if we wanted to check in for the time we reserved online.

The room was great, we actually could get our own ice! Still wish the Marriott would offer continental breakfast, you would think for the price of the rooms, breakfast would be free.

Dining options are limited, water taxi is a good option when it comes to exploring other parts of the area.

This is our third time staying at the Courtyard Marriott Fort Lauderdale Beach. We love the location since you can just go out the back of the hotel and across the street to the beach. Also there are lots of restaurants nearby with a view of the beach. As for the hotel itself, it is typical Marriott - clean, safe, friendly staff. Love staying at a Marriott.

The hotel room bath leaked all night, cold shower each day. Lock box didn’t work use. Room was freezing even when we turned the heat up.
