Hôtel très propre bien qu’un peu vieillot. Le personnel est très aimable, une navette gratuite est proposée pour aller à l’aéroport. Commerces à proximité si vous avez faim bien qu’il y ait de quoi grignoter à l’hôtel.

I only stayed one night but it was very enjoyable, staff very friendly, the place smells wonderful which is always a plus for me. Quiet at night although my room was next to the elevator. Neighborhood nice enough, did not stay long enough to really have an opinion. Not walking distance to airport or convention center as stated online though, was disappointed about that. I will definitely stay there again!!!

Was not 1.5 miles from the airport. Called for pickup shuttle no answer, called hotel got disconnected, called hotel again was told it would be 20 to 40 minute wait. Took a cab much more than 1.5 miles. Woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the sink.

Staff are very helpful and nice. Lobby is clean and smells good. Laundry facility is free which is nice. The cons…room smelled musty. Bed is super hard and uncomfortable.

It started off badly at the airport trying to get a hotel shuttle. We waited for over an hour. After 2 phone calls, one finally came. When we checked in, the person behind the desk was quite rude when we complained about the shuttle.
The room was ok- nothing special for over $300 a night.
The shuttle that we booked through the hotel to the cruise port was 45 minutes late, and cost twice as much as an Uber would have been. Lesson learned!!
Also, there is no restaurant on site, so crossed a busy highway on foot to grab a bite at McDonald's.

Airport shuttle was fast and efficient. Driver was friendly. Hotel clerk was helpful with nearby restaraunts. Also check in was fast and staff friendly. Large room. Clean.

I arrived late that night to the hotel. The amount of time that I was there, the service was excellence and the front desk attendant was wonderful! It was very quiet at the hotel and the next day I took the shuttle catch a cruise ship.
I do not think you sure pay $16.05 for the shuttle for the cruise ship. I use to pay between $5.00 to $10.00 for the service plus you also want to give the driver a tip. Its not that far to the cruise line. But other than that everything else was good.
