It’s a great location but the rooms are very old feeing. It’s infested with cockroaches and the woman at the fent desk (black hair heavy set ) is the owner and she’s always extorting money out of people .. online you can book a room for $85 but u go to her in person she’s charging u $130 and if you check in early she wants $30 extra oh and I’m not checking into my room for 2 hours yet , use the toilet and it floods out my room and she charged me $50. But I’m the one who had to sit around HALF OF FHE DAY WIRH PISS WATER ALL OVER MY FLOORS and the maintenance man coming in and out for 3 hours . I should have been compensated for thr 5 hours of ******** but of course she ain’t gonna cough uo on no money. Anyways it’s straight and she takes cash

Staff was rude,room dirty so we resigned to stay there in this hotel.We hope to get refund!

A lot of arguing at night from other guess. The room we stayed in, the door was hard to close in the restroom had to force it close every time. The door will stick to the frame wouldn’t let you close it properly. All the extra friction cause the screws to come loose on the top hinges. The screws were short looked like cabinet screw not door screws.

It seemed good until about to go to sleep then we spotted roaches upon turning out the lights. I've never stayed at a hotel that had ROACHES!!!! Staff was pleasant, but they did not warn us about the Roaches!!!

I always enjoy my stay for the last 5 years plus I've stayed off and on at my favorite affordable local spot call the hotels I've stayed at on North Ocean boulevard when you're looking for a great service the right amenities this could be your spot to Ocean reef enjoy your stay & never give up!

Location is great for restaurants and the beach, however the young lady that works the night shift was rude for no reason, we had dirty wash cloths in our room that had hair and stains on them. But the nice gentleman gave us extra clean drying towels in exchange for it but we had no wash cloths because they were out. Also there is a lot of activity going on outside the hotel that made me and my spouse uncomfortable. Our room was very spacious though with really nice size TV. I guess it was a great stay because it was only for one night but I wouldn’t choose this hotel for a long stay.
