Instalaciones descuidadas, tenia un olor a húmedad horrible, personal del desayuno grosero. No volveria allí nunca más.

The room had roaches, they didn't clean the room
The general manager was discourteous,l. After arguing with me he said they will waive one night , I really hope he did , he gave no documents/ receipts because I paid through a third party he said ,

Room 333 was musty smelling . The bed was HORRIBLE!!! I felt EVER coil in the mattress. Front desk gave us another room 319 . The bed was better but the musty smell was still present in that room as well.
I WILL NEVERRRRR STAY @ this location again. It’s old and outdated.

First room had a horrible Mildew problem had to changes room it was very bad. Second room was better. Hotel is fairly dated. First night also had a guest yelling outside our room in hallway and multiple times during the night. The second night was much more tolerable.

The place is not well taken care of, is dirty starting at the elevator with dirty floor. My room didn’t have a remote control nor a phone I went down to get it and it turned out that the tv had the screen broken. I asked to Change rooms and the second one had a moldy bathtub covered by plastic. I reserved 2 nights but the next morning I was out of there. Surprisingly breakfast was good! Was the only thing worth it there.

Well As been the worst Hotel I ever stayed!! Found a Roach on the bed, Breakfast awful, for the 3 days we stayed housekeeping never showed up!!

Staff was so good but the rooms need more attention in cleansing there is a mat in the bath I almost break my feet it was too slippery please remove that mat overall it was a good stay

Stayed 7 days and they didn’t catered to a variety of breakfast, I don’t eat pork and the staff didn’t know what kind of meat was available. Bathroom shower was weak.

Rooms were not serviced at all, we had to go every day and ask for clean towels, beds and garbage were left, until we left. Washroom need to be taken care of, seat is not secured, bathtub with rust, these are small items, but are very important, and stay in your memory, more than the beds were not fixed, other than that staff at the desk were very helpful ,and the same at the breakfast.
