New facility - clean rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Poorly designed layout for check-in and parking. Check in should be at the lowest level where guests are required to first come into the facility. There is no signage to direct new guests on what is happening that they need to proceed to the second floor. There is plenty of space to provide a check in desk and then on floor number two where they have check in they should put a bar for that large area when inclement weather roll in.
The restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch the food is like eating at the airport - not good at all. Very low quality for the price of meals. The dinner restaurant up above is fantastic but pricey.
The rooms are very nice and clean. They’re new but overall at $400 a night - it is not worth the stay. There are more reasonably priced hotels with fantastic views and food options nearby that you’ll get a much better deal at half the cost. You’re only paying for the Margaritaville name if staying here.

We really loved our stay here. Although we would walk the area and visit other businesses (so important right now for Fort Myers recovery) we didnt feel the need to get our car out our entire stay. We visited before the pool was not open so I cant comment on that but the other amenities are top notch! We especially enjoyed the 24H fitness room and the fire pits. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautiful and very well appointed. I want to make my bathroom exactly like theirs.

Greeted by friendly and happy staff! Attention to individual guests, over and beyond assistance. Leave your worries at the door and enter the “island atmosphere” and you’ll have the time of your life!

Resort was clean and well kept, as should be expected from a brand new property. Service was at most times excellent, with the exception of a few, perhaps over tired, and grumpy staff. Prices were a bit high but not abnormal for a stateside resort. New pool area and bar was great and we enjoyed what time we spent on the resort grounds.

Very nice new property, many restaurants and shops that are still being rebuilt from the hurricane, but we found plenty to do.

Parking was $35 per night. Got ticket for parking on street.

Loud music plays until 10:00pm so you can’t open your balcony door to get sea breeze or hear surf.
No screens on balcony doors so many mosquitos.
They charge $60/day to get a lounge chair on the beach.

This is a beautiful location, but the check in process was very frustrating for me. While checking in, I noticed that the total cost had increased pretty significantly from the amount that I booked for. I then got up to my room and they put me in a room with a double bed, despite the fact that I reserved a room with a king bed. I went back to the desk to inquire about it, and David told me that he was unable to put me in a room with a king bed. This person is also who check me in originally and unfortunately was pretty unwelcoming and made me feel like the mishaps were my fault.
Although the check-in was frustrating, I fortunately had positive interactions with all of the other staff I came in contact with. One of the housekeeping ladies (Queen) was very nice. She showed me how to get around and checked in on me anytime she saw me.
