First room smelled like cat urine and mildew, mattress severly stained, main level under renovation, changed rooms and smelled better but the keypad on door didn’t work and then had to slam the door really hard to get the door to close.

My Experience was very excellent and The front desk lady in the Am was so polite and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable due to the situation that accrue at checking in to my room. The housekeeping Supervisor was awesome as well she went above and beyond to fix the issue and I’m so thankful for those to lady’s.

Beautiful property! Clean and comfortable, yes a little construction from Ian but it did not disturb my stay. Only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is the pool location, only one corner is in the sun for a few hours mid morning. Then it is in the shade ….

Horrible front desk service with so many issues from the moment we checked in. Also, under renovation (every area is completely tore up) and was never told. Then denied the room they we paid extra for based on the policy of what they have available, even though I was told they are empty
