Beautiful hotel!! I work in the hotel industry, I spent 10+ years in housekeeping, from housekeeper all the way to executive housekeeper amd I am super critical about hotels. I have also worked for Hampton Inn & Suites before. This property has a very well trained staff, extremely professional welcoming front desk staff and super clean beautifully maintain super clean rooms and facilities. 5 stars all the way for this property!

酒店不新，但衞生乾淨，酒店旁是專門的停車庫，很安全，停車費好像20美刀。早飯比一般的酒店要豐富一些。晚上睡覺很安靜

Great stay at the Hampton Inn. Very helpful staff and right across the street from the convention center. FYI - You do need to check in and have a room key before you're able to park in the secured parking lot.

My impression is this is an old hotel recently renovated by Hampton. The decorations, furnishings, wallpaper, etc looked relatively new, but we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night due to faulty heating system. The 2nd room was considerably better but noisy.
The staff was friendly, the included breakfast was ample. Parking was $32 per night, some people were upset but it seems about normal for the area and parking garage was safe and well lit.
