這個酒店我非常滿意！！！首先就是乾淨衞生沒有異味房間大小也很好還有細節做的也很好，所有的服務人員都很客氣熱情，停車也方便且免費 關鍵是水人家給你管夠 並不想大部分酒店一天住一天就衹給你兩瓶 沐浴露洗髮水洗手液味道很很好聞，被種草了洗手液在小程序下單了，地理位置也不錯離美食都還算蠻近的打車十塊左右。

酒店位置優越 靠近清暉園 離華蓋路步行街走路10分鐘 前台服務熱情 還免費幫忙升級房型 酒店樓層不算高 房間很乾凈 沒有味道 價格也不貴 性價比很高 全季還是一如既往的好

前台大堂還有温馨茶水提供，非常棒！酒店房間房型也比較好，設施齊全，入住感覺很好！客服周到！前台小姐姐免費給我升級了房型，
酒店環境整潔乾淨，房間佈局大方典雅，設施齊全，酒店二樓有免費洗衣房和健身房。體驗感很好，下次來佛山還要入住哦！

帶家人來順德吃美食，沒想到住個全季能這麼糟心。
1.晚上八點多到店，一個高高瘦瘦戴眼鏡的男前台接待的，態度很差，我説我在攜程上訂了兩晚，有會員權益免費升級房型，他直接就説我們剩下的房型不多了，我説不多了是有還是沒有呢，他説還有但是要留着給他們自己的會員，不能給我升級房型，然後最無語的是給我開了一間最裡麪的一間房，那麼多房間都是空的，故意給我開一間最裡麪的房間，可真行
2.到房間準備泡茶喝發現茶壺還有之前客人留下的茶葉水，有點噁心人
3.第二天早上出門，下午三點回房間休息居然發現房間沒有搞衞生！我還特意掛了清理的牌子掛在門上，這真的讓人無法理解，晚上打掃完之前客人留下的茶葉水還是在
4.酒店有消防隱患，房間兩面窗户被釘子釘死了，走廊到消防通道堆滿了雜物

入住全季最失望的一次，告訴要安靜的房間，結果臨路邊，車來車往，整個酒店裡一股説不上來的味道，保潔説是因為新裝修，又遇上天氣潮才這樣，不知道是不是被動吸了甲醛。攜程訂房時，顯示免費升房，問了三次才説是，如果對房間不滿意，可以給升房。
