房間設施還是比較新的，就是衛生比較差，每天都有蟑螂爬出來，每餐吃完的外買已經當天處理了，中間阿姨來過，只換了垃圾袋，也沒掃一下地，希望能好好重視一下，掃掃床底和櫈子底下，入住感好些。

睇濕趴演唱會預訂的，優點超近，場館正對面。
缺點，熱水器唔夠10分鐘就沒熱水，沖涼房去水唔得，d水湧曬出離

來入住這麼多次最喜歡這次房間的裝修風格了，簡直就是夢中情房哈哈哈哈，乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，入住體驗非常好

環境還不錯，但是凌晨一點鐘去的，住到1：30都要加收1.5小時的費用45塊錢，凌晨入住不説延遲到兩點退了，連半小時都算，有點鬱悶

服務真的很差
1.房間的牆和地板很臟
2.辦理入住時要收兩百按金，後面退房就厄錢，自己撕爛了牆壁怪到客人身上，收這兩百按金就是為了好方便厄客人錢。
3.入住時想加瓶水，還有兩元一瓶，第一次見住宿水都要收費，為了賺錢可真想方設法。
4.退房時有遺留，發微信給前台，發現前台以刪微信，查房衹發現要厄錢的地方，沒發現客人的遺留。
5.客房的電視還是壞的，看不了，跟她們扯了一輪才捨得上來弄。
6.停車還是要收費。
不知道前台自己私下亂收費還是本來老闆就規定這樣收費。

房間乾淨整潔衞生，前台服務非常好👍👍👍剛下飛機，一大早還沒到入住時間我就到了，前台並沒有讓我等，而是給我免費升級了這個翠玦房間提前入住了，房間很好很漂亮整潔，有洗衣機、冰箱、電視機、微波爐等，性價比高，出差旅行的都是不錯的選擇，服務周到，以後來佛山還會選他家
